高寒牧区牧民联户经营参与意愿及其影响因素研究——以甘肃玛曲为例

【摘要】：利用甘肃省玛曲县57户牧民调研数据,采用二元logistic模型分析的方法,对牧民参与联户经营意愿及影响因素进行实证研究。结果显示:牧民参与草场联户经营意愿很高。户均围栏费用、可接近水源数量以及牧业劳动力数量与牧民参与意愿显著相关,而实际户均使用草场面积、牲畜存栏量和年人均收入与牧民是否参与联户经营没有显著相关关系。研究结果表明:尽管联户经营没有直接影响牧民收入,但是通过联户经营可以提高牧业劳动力的配置效率,降低草场排他成本,从而实现牧业生产的规模经济。此外,牧区富余劳动力的出路问题是关系到牧民增收、牧区稳定、牧区国民经济发展的极富现实性的问题,需要予以充分关注。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 57 herdsmen in Maqu County, Gansu Province, and using the method of dual logistic model, this paper makes an empirical study on the willingness of herdsmen to participate in joint household management and the influencing factors. The results showed that herdsmen had a high willingness to participate in the joint household management. The cost of fencing, the quantity of water sources and the number of animal husbandry labor are significantly related to herdsmen's willingness to participate, but the actual households use pasture area. There was no significant correlation between livestock stock and annual per capita income and herdsmen's participation in joint household management. The results show that although joint household management has no direct impact on herdsmen's income, it can improve the allocation efficiency of animal husbandry labor force, reduce the exclusive cost of pasture, and realize the scale economy of animal husbandry production. In addition, the way out of surplus labor force in pastoral areas is related to the increase of herdsmen's income, the stability of pastoral areas, and the extremely realistic problems of the development of national economy in pastoral areas, which need to be paid full attention to.
