寻甸县六哨乡马铃薯种植业发展现状分析

【摘要】：在中国,历届党中央领导人,始终把农业摆在重要位置加以重视,农业发展也一直成为各级党委、政府促进社会经济发展过程极为重视的一项工作。近年来,大力发展粮食生产,以科技促农,在粮食增产增收方面取得突出成效,较好地解决了人民温饱问题,取得了举世公认的成就。但是我国人多地少,对粮食需求量大,从今后的发展趋势来看,伴随着社会经济的发展以及人口增加和人民生活水平的提高,粮食需求将进一步增大,而耕地在不断减少,水资源愈加短缺,气候变化异常等因素对粮食生产的约束日益突出,加之我国土壤及地理区位的复杂多样,怎样因地制宜,更好的发展粮作物种植多样性,依托科技创新在有限的耕地上促进粮食增收成为现代农业急需解决的重大问题。云南是一个山区面积占90%以上的省份,土壤贫瘠,灌溉条件差,基于这种情况,马铃薯种植业的发展,将成为山区农业结构调整的支柱产业之一。昆明市寻甸县六哨乡,一个集高寒、民族、贫困三位一体的山区乡,经过多年的发展,形成了以种植业、养殖业为主的高原特色农业。近几年,乡党委和政府认真分析形势,结合六哨乡地理条件、气候情况和农业种植等情况,逐步摸索出了一条适合当地发展的道路,那就是因地制宜,大力发展马铃薯产业,以科技创新增加马铃薯产量,使农民生活水平和收入得以提高。
[Abstract]:In China, successive leaders of the Party Central Committee have always attached importance to agriculture, and agricultural development has always been a task attached great importance to by the Party committees at all levels and by the government in the process of promoting social and economic development. In recent years, great efforts have been made to develop grain production, promote agriculture through science and technology, achieve outstanding results in increasing grain production and income, solve the problem of food and clothing for the people, and achieve universally recognized achievements. However, our country has a large population and a small land and a large demand for food. From the point of view of the future development trend, with the development of social economy and the increase of population and the improvement of people's living standard, the demand for food will further increase, while the cultivated land will continue to decrease. With the increasingly shortage of water resources, the increasingly prominent constraints on grain production caused by climate change, and the complexity and diversity of soil and geographical location in China, how to better develop the diversity of grain crops planting according to local conditions, Relying on scientific and technological innovation to promote grain income on limited cultivated land has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in modern agriculture. Yunnan is a mountainous area of more than 90% of the province, poor soil, poor irrigation conditions, based on this situation, the development of potato planting, will become one of the pillar industries of agricultural restructuring in mountainous areas. Liuwu Township, Xundian County, Kunming City, a mountain village with high cold, national and poor trinity, after years of development, has formed the plateau characteristic agriculture with planting industry and aquaculture industry as the main body. In recent years, the township party committees and the government have seriously analyzed the situation and, in light of the geographical conditions, climate conditions and agricultural planting conditions in Lubenten Township, have gradually found a road suitable for local development, that is, to take measures in line with local conditions and vigorously develop the potato industry. Increase potato yield with science and technology innovation, make farmer living standard and income can raise.
