“三变”是农村经济体制又一次“革命”
[Abstract]:Under the leadership of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, Zhengliupanshui has taken the lead in carrying out the "three changes" reform of "changing resources into assets, funds into shares, and farmers to shareholders" in rural areas, leading farmers to participate in shares through land, technology and resources. Housing equity participation and labor equity participation is a "higher level" rural property right system reform based on the rural household contract responsibility system. In essence, it is promoted by establishing the fate community of farmers and industrial and commercial capital.
