基于土地适宜性的耕地规划CA模拟及验证

【摘要】:为探究科学合理的耕地规划方法,以河南省兰考县为例,从影响耕地规划的适宜性、限制性及竞争性3个方面对土地适宜性进行分析,并运用CA(cellular automata)模拟系统,模拟2020年兰考县指标控制下的耕地规划情况。结果表明,兰考县2020年耕地面积为76 411.32 hm~2,其中因城镇发展导致耕地面积减少226.44 hm~2,村庄、内陆滩涂及果园等其他土地转化为耕地的面积为8 227.13 hm~2。结合耕地适宜性评价结果对比发现,质量上模拟规划的耕地高于现行的土地利用规划中的耕地,空间分布上同时避开城镇发展、生态保护及其他因素的影响,具有稳定性。该研究为管理者制定耕地规划提供重要的方法参考。
[Abstract]:In order to explore scientific and reasonable methods of cultivated land planning, taking Lankao County, Henan Province as an example, this paper analyzes the suitability of farmland planning from three aspects: suitability, restriction and competition, and uses CA (cellular automata) simulation system. To simulate the planning of cultivated land under the control of indicators in Lankao County in 2020. The results showed that the cultivated land area in Lankao County was 76 411.32 hm~2, in 2020. The cultivated land area was reduced by 226.44 hm~2, to villages due to urban development, and the area of other land such as inland beach and orchard was converted to cultivated land area of 8 227.13 hm~2.. Based on the comparison of cultivated land suitability evaluation results, it is found that the cultivated land simulated in quality is higher than that in current land use planning, and the spatial distribution avoids the influence of urban development, ecological protection and other factors, and has stability. This study provides an important method reference for managers to formulate cultivated land planning.
