对我国贫困地区“旅游脱贫”的思考——兼析美国的相关经验及启示

【摘要】：我国多数贫困地区虽然在产业基础、区位条件、资金与技术禀赋等方面处于明显劣势地位,从而在很大程度上影响了其经济发展,但从现代旅游休闲产业发展的角度看则具备了发展旅游休闲业的独特条件。本研究立足旅游休闲业发展规律与我国旅游休闲业快速发展的背景,跳出以往对贫困地区一般产业发展劣势研究的窠臼,从逆向思维的角度对贫困地区发展旅游休闲业的优势进行分析,并借鉴美国旅游休闲业发展的经验,提出贫困地区"旅游脱贫"的具体实施思路和对策建议。
[Abstract]:Although most poverty-stricken areas in China are in an obvious inferior position in terms of industrial basis, location conditions, capital and technology endowment, this has greatly affected their economic development. But from the point of view of the development of modern tourism leisure industry, it has the unique conditions of developing tourism leisure industry. This study is based on the background of the development of tourism leisure industry and the rapid development of tourism leisure industry in China. This paper analyzes the advantages of developing tourism leisure industry in poverty-stricken areas from the perspective of reverse thinking, and draws lessons from the experience of the development of tourism leisure industry in the United States, and puts forward the concrete implementation ideas and countermeasures of "tourism poverty relief" in poor areas.
