我国农产品流通效率对农村消费的影响研究

【摘要】：消费需求不足是我国经济发展的一大制约因素,农村消费市场既是社会主义市场经济体系的重要组成部分,也是解决消费需求不足问题的重要突破口,因此解决农村消费需求不足问题对于完善社会主义市场经济体系,解决三农问题,以及切实提高农民生活水平具有重要意义。农产品流通是连接农业生产和农产品消费的中间纽带。提高农产品流通效率既有利于发展农业生产,增加农民收入,又能促进农产品消费,增加农村消费。因此,研究农产品流通效率对农村消费的影响对于增加农村消费、促进农村经济发展和城乡均衡发展具有重要意义。文章主要从影响机制分析方面和实证分析方面研究了农产品流通效率对农村消费的影响。影响机制分析方面,主要从农村消费总量和农村消费结构两个方面入手,研究农产品流通效率对农村消费影响的传导机制,然后基于DEA模型测算出我国28个省市2000-2012年的农产品流通效率,采用固定效应模型针对农产品流通效率对农村消费总量的影响进行实证分析,并把农村消费分为生存型消费和享受发展型消费,研究农产品流通效率对农村消费结构的影响。为了研究不同地区间农产品流通效率对农村消费的影响,文章把所研究的省份分为农业大省和非农行大省进行分析,此外,文章还用PVAR模型分析农产品流通效率对农村消费的动态冲击作用。基于静态面板模型研究的结果表明:提高农产品流通效率有助于促进农村消费总量增加;农产品流通效率对农村消费结构具有显著影响,对享受型消费的促进作用更为明显;在非农业大省,农产品流通效率能够促进农村消费总量的显著增加,并且能够对农村消费结构产生影响,而农业大省的相关影响都不显著。基于PVAR模型的动态分析结果表明,农产品流通效率对农村消费的促进作用具有滞后性。最后立足于农产品流通效率对农村消费的促进作用提出提高农产品流通效率进而促进农村消费总量增加和消费结构升级的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The insufficient consumption demand is a major restriction factor for the economic development of our country. The rural consumption market is not only an important part of the socialist market economy system, but also an important breakthrough to solve the problem of insufficient consumption demand. Therefore, it is of great significance to solve the problem of insufficient consumption demand in rural areas for perfecting the socialist market economy system, solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and improving farmers' living standards. The circulation of agricultural products is the middle link between agricultural production and consumption of agricultural products. Improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is not only conducive to developing agricultural production, increasing farmers' income, but also promoting the consumption of agricultural products and increasing rural consumption. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption for increasing rural consumption, promoting rural economic development and balanced development of urban and rural areas. This paper mainly studies the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption from the aspects of influence mechanism analysis and empirical analysis. In the aspect of influence mechanism analysis, the transmission mechanism of the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption is studied from two aspects: the total amount of rural consumption and the rural consumption structure. Then, based on the DEA model, the agricultural product circulation efficiency of 28 provinces and cities in China from 2000 to 2012 is calculated, and the fixed effect model is used to analyze the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on the total rural consumption. Rural consumption is divided into subsistence consumption and enjoyment and development consumption, and the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption structure is studied. In order to study the effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption among different regions, this paper divides the provinces studied into agricultural provinces and non-agricultural bank provinces for analysis. PVAR model is also used to analyze the impact of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption. The results based on the static panel model show that improving the circulation efficiency of agricultural products contributes to the increase of the total consumption of rural areas, and the circulation efficiency of agricultural products has a significant impact on the rural consumption structure, and the promotion effect on the enjoyment consumption is more obvious. In non-agricultural provinces, the circulation efficiency of agricultural products can significantly increase the total consumption of rural areas, and can have an impact on the rural consumption structure, but the related effects of agricultural provinces are not significant. The result of dynamic analysis based on PVAR model shows that the agricultural product circulation efficiency has lag behind in promoting rural consumption. Finally, based on the promotion effect of agricultural product circulation efficiency on rural consumption, some policy suggestions are put forward to improve agricultural product circulation efficiency and promote the increase of total rural consumption and the upgrading of consumption structure.
