论专业合作社在甘南牧区扶贫中的作用

【摘要】：从甘肃省甘南州牧区农牧民专业合作社现状看,农牧民专业合作社在制度安排、整合资源、农牧民增收、提高农牧民组织性、保护生态方面发挥了重要作用,但仍存在不少问题。应进一步完善制度保障、延伸合作社产业链、扩充农业技术人员、提高贫困户对合作社的认知度、坚持草畜平衡发展,以提升其在牧区脱贫工作中的作用,提高扶贫效率。
[Abstract]:Judging from the present situation of the specialized cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen in the pastoral areas of Gansu Province, the specialized cooperatives of farmers and herdsmen have played an important role in institutional arrangements, integrating resources, increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen, improving the organization of farmers and herdsmen, and protecting the ecology. But there are still many problems. It is necessary to further perfect the system guarantee, extend the cooperative industry chain, expand the agricultural technicians, raise the cognition of the poor households to the cooperative, insist on the balanced development of grass and livestock, so as to enhance its role in the work of poverty alleviation in pastoral areas and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.
