技术创新对马拉维中小企业增长的农产品加工的影响

　　在马拉维经济严重依赖农业的状况下,中小企业,特别是那些在马拉维从事农产品加工的中小企业,发挥着非常关键的作用。然而,这些中小企业中只有少数采用了技术创新。以此为出发点,本研究旨在调查技术创新如何对马拉维农产品加工型中小企业的增长产生影响。采用目的抽样方法,得到来自马拉维南部、中部和北部的300(300)家农产品加工中小企业的抽样数据。目的抽样方法仅针对于那些采用技术创新的中小企业。数据通过对农产品加工中小企业开展问卷调查来收集。并采用描述性统计方法对定量数据进行分析。结果显示,农业部门占马拉维国内生产总值的30%以上,研究表明,基于参与研究的96%的中小企业可以得出结论这样的结论:技术在中小企业绩效中发挥着重要作用,而且利用技术的中小企业与其他中小企业和大公司竞争的机会更大。该研究的结论是,技术创新(产品和工艺)与马拉维中小企业业务的增长之间存在正相关关系。并进一步表明,中小企业及其雇员的教育和培训水平对中小企业的技术吸收起着重要作用。与受过基础教育的中小企业相比,受教育程度较高的中小企业更有可能在经营中获得现代技术。
