化工园区生态化转型发展实证研究

化学工业是国民经济支柱行业,努力提高化学工业发展的可持续性和国际市场的竞争力是当前行业发展的一个重要目标。化学工业结构调整和发展循环经济被视为推进化工行业生态化转型发展的重要驱动力。中国建有大量的化学工业园区,在促进经济发展的同时也产生了较多环境及安全生产问题。一些化工园区的生态化发展中已彰显出多层面的成效。如果推动更多的化学工业园区生态化发展对于推进中国化学工业的绿色发展具有重要作用。本研究旨在识别中国化工园区从传统工业模式向可持续发展模式转型的关键行动与政策,这种转型的重要性在于促进园区经济发展与环境恶化实现脱钩。本研究选择三个杭州湾区域布局的化工园区:杭州湾上虞经济技术开发区（原杭州湾精细化工园区）,嘉兴港区经济开发区,上海化工园区开展化工园区生态化转型发展实证研究。选择这三个化工园区是基于它们发展阶段、发展特点及各自独特的产业特征。杭州湾上虞经济技术开发区的建设发展以民营中小规模化工企业为主要支撑,嘉兴港区的建设发展以化工新材料产业及大中型企业为支撑,上海化工园区的建设发展以生态化顶层设计和国际大型化工企业为特征。三个园区基于各自发展特点形成了各有特色的生态化转型发展模式。本文...
