产业链的供血系统——中国电影金融服务模式的问题与对策

【摘要】：中国的电影金融服务滞后于产业的蓬勃发展,电影产业金融服务相关的配套体系还不完善。保守的银行贷款与零散的、非专业的投资仍是主力,上市融资、私募股权投资、信托金融服务发展滞后。我国电影产业链对金融服务的需求非常强,但政策、盗版、产业链不完善等因素导致了可见的风险。应当探索适当的风险控制机制,发展电影保险服务,推动电影金融服务模式与中国电影产业的对接。
[Abstract]:China's film finance service lags behind the booming development of the industry, and the supporting system related to the film industry's financial services is not yet perfect. Conservative bank loans and scattered, non-professional investments are still the main force, listing financing, private equity investment, The development of trust financial services lags behind. The demand for financial services in China's film industry chain is very strong, but such factors as policy, piracy and imperfect industrial chains have led to visible risks. We should explore appropriate risk control mechanisms. To develop the film insurance service and promote the docking of the film financial service model with the Chinese film industry.
