本溪辽砚文化产业园区发展策略研究

【摘要】：现如今，我国文化产业处于起步伊始，文化产业园区的建设和发展，，为推动我国文化产业实现跨越式发展起到了积极的作用。文化产业发展以文化产业园区为空间载体，将有力地推进地域的自我更新和城市空间的重构。诚然文化产业园区在我国还属新兴的朝阳产业，文化产业园将是代替郊区工业园在各地方政府的城市发展规划中浓墨重彩的一笔。如今在我国人民群众对文化产品及精神生活的需求日益增长的基础上，文化产业园区已成为中国产业集聚研究的焦点。作为中国三大名砚之一的辽砚（清宫御砚），享有辽宁文化三宝之称的美誉。《辽宁省文化产业振兴规划纲要》于2010年9月颁布实施，本溪市积极利用自身丰富的文化资源，推动本溪文化产业发展，本溪市辽砚文化产业园正是在这一背景下孕育而生。本溪辽砚文化产业园区的发展还于起步伊始，要选择科学合理、切合实际的发展策略，实现园区跨越式发展。本文在总结借鉴国内外文化产业园区发展的相关理论和实践基础上，以本溪辽砚文化产业园区作为研究对象，在总结国内外产业园区发展经验及现状基础上，对本溪辽砚文化产业园区发展进行PEST和SWOT分析，并有针对性地提出与发展战略相适应的实施途径，从而保证园区长期发展方向的正确性和经营策略的前瞻性。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the cultural industry in our country is at the beginning of its beginning. The construction and development of the cultural industry park has played a positive role in promoting the leap-forward development of the cultural industry in our country. The cultural industry development takes the cultural industry park as the space carrier. It is true that cultural industrial parks are still a rising industry in China. The Cultural Industry Park will be a substitute for the suburban Industrial Park in the urban development plans of the local governments. Now, on the basis of the increasing demand for cultural products and spiritual life among the people of our country, Cultural industrial park has become the focus of industrial agglomeration in China. As one of the three famous inkstones in China, Liaoyan (Qing Palace Imperial Inkstone) enjoys a good reputation as the "three treasures of Liaoning Culture". The outline of Liaoning Province Cultural Industry Revitalization Program was promulgated in September 2010, and Benxi City actively utilized its rich cultural resources. In order to promote the development of Benxi cultural industry, Benxi Liaoyan Cultural Industrial Park was conceived under this background. The development of Benxi Liaoyan Cultural Industrial Park is still at the beginning of its development, so it is necessary to choose a scientific, reasonable and practical development strategy. To realize the development of the park by leaps and bounds. On the basis of summarizing and drawing lessons from the relevant theories and practices of the development of cultural industrial parks at home and abroad, this paper takes Benxi Liaoyan Cultural Industrial Park as the research object, and on the basis of summing up the development experience and present situation of domestic and foreign industrial parks, This paper analyzes the development of Benxi Liaoyan Cultural Industrial Park by PEST and SWOT, and puts forward some implementing ways suitable to the development strategy, so as to ensure the correctness of the long-term development direction of the park and the foresight of the management strategy.
