西安市文化创意产业竞争力评价及对策研究

【摘要】：文章对西安市文化创意产业的发展现状进行分析,并通过构建新的评价指标体系,运用因子分析法对西安市文化创意产业的竞争力进行分析。研究结果表明,西安市在创意资源状况方面具有优势,但在创意经济基础、居民文化创意产业贡献方面表现平平,在产业环境状况、知识产权保护等方面还存在较大短板。为促进西安市文化创意产业稳步发展,应该完善文化创意产业管理体制,发挥文化创意产业集群效应,着力打造文化创意龙头企业,重视文化创意产业需求的培育,重视创意人才的储备等。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the present situation of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an, and analyzes the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an by constructing a new evaluation index system and applying factor analysis method to analyze the competitiveness of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an. Xi'an City has advantages in terms of the situation of creative resources, but on the creative economic basis, the contribution of residents' cultural and creative industries is mediocre, and in the industrial environment, In order to promote the steady development of cultural and creative industries in Xi'an, we should improve the management system of cultural and creative industries, give play to the cluster effect of cultural and creative industries, and focus on creating leading enterprises in cultural and creative industries. Attach importance to the cultivation of cultural and creative industry needs, and pay attention to the reserve of creative talents.
