【摘要】：本文主要关注的是国有文艺院团转企改制过程中现代企业制度的建立问题。本文以现代企业制度为参照,主要分析了国有文艺院团如何建立现代企业制度,并对北京儿童艺术剧院的改革进行了详细的分析。本文主体分为三部分：第一部分探讨了国有文艺院团改革的原因、目标、历程以及改革的现状,对国有文艺院团改革进行宏观的分析；第二部分概述了现代企业制度并主要论述了国有文艺院团转企改制过程中如何建立现代企业制度；第三部分主要结合现代企业制度的内容对北京儿童艺术剧院的转企改制进行了详细分析,探讨了北京儿艺改革成功的原因及经验。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the establishment of the modern enterprise system in the process of transforming the state-owned academy of literature and art into an enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes how the state-owned academy of literature and art sets up the modern enterprise system, taking the modern enterprise system as a reference. The main body of this paper is divided into three parts: the first part discusses the reasons, objectives, course and current situation of the reform of the state-owned academy of literature and art. The second part summarizes the modern enterprise system and mainly discusses how to establish the modern enterprise system in the course of the transformation of the state-owned academy of literature and art. In the third part, combining with the content of modern enterprise system, the author makes a detailed analysis on the transformation of Beijing Children's Art Theater, and probes into the reasons and experiences of the success of Beijing's children's art reform.
