文化产业供给侧结构性改革:失衡与再平衡

【摘要】：当前文化产业总体呈现为快速发展,但仍存在多维度扭曲失衡,主要表现在供给与需求失衡、文化产业的经济属性和社会属性失衡、文化影响力与经济影响力失衡、文化产业发展与关联产业发展失衡、区域失衡。文化产业供给侧结构性改革要以新理念带动实践新飞跃、赢得发展新优势,通过释放市场的决定性作用、发挥政府的主导作用,提升产业发展的内生动力、促进产业融合、实施双向开放,实现文化产业供给的再平衡。
[Abstract]:At present, the cultural industry is developing rapidly, but there are still many dimensions of distorted imbalance, which are mainly reflected in the imbalance between supply and demand, the imbalance between economic and social attributes of cultural industry, and the imbalance between cultural influence and economic influence. Cultural industry development and related industry development imbalance, regional imbalance. Cultural industry supply-side structural reform should use new ideas to drive the practice of new leaps, win new advantages of development, through the release of the decisive role of the market, give play to the leading role of the government. Promote the endogenous power of industrial development, promote industrial integration, implement two-way opening, and rebalance the supply of cultural industry.
