【摘要】：本文通过文献梳理和深度访谈,在对剧场行业,场团关系深入分析的基础上,回顾近年来国内剧场建设实践中出现的问题,总结剧场投资、规划和系统设计方面的经验教训,提出剧场建设投资主体、规模、建设方式方面的对策。认为一个城市的剧场,应按照形式多样,规模适配,功能互补,机制灵活的原则,形成一个生态群落,才能从整体上发挥剧场在建构城市文化生态中的作用。通过对剧场行业的竞争结构分析和行业特点分析,运用交易成本理论,特别是资产专用性理论,对三种类型的演出院线的优劣势进行分析,提出适宜的运营模式和一体化方式,主张大力发展剧院型剧场。为提高剧场管理和服务的水平,在推行标准操作程序(sop)的基础上,进一步按照行业的特点和优势,借鉴内控管理、社会表演学等理论,对剧场的主要管理环节如票务管理、观众服务、人力资源、信息应用等提出解决方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the in-depth analysis of the relationship between theater industry and troupe, this paper reviews the problems in the practice of theater construction in China in recent years, and summarizes the experiences and lessons of theater investment, planning and system design. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of the main body, scale and construction mode of theater construction, and holds that the theater of a city should form an ecological community according to the principles of diverse forms, appropriate scale, complementary functions and flexible mechanism. In order to give full play to the role of theater in the construction of urban cultural ecology. By analyzing the competitive structure and characteristics of the theater industry, using the theory of transaction cost, especially the theory of asset specificity, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of theatrical theatres. Put forward the appropriate mode of operation and integration, and advocate the development of theatrical theatres. In order to improve the level of theater management and service, on the basis of the implementation of standard operating procedures, and in accordance with the characteristics and advantages of the industry, and drawing lessons from the theories of internal control management and social performance science, the main management links of the theater, such as ticket management, Audience services, human resources, information applications and other solutions.
