基于科技创新的沈阳市文化产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：近年来，科学技术正以十分惊人的速度发展，在科技创新的推动作用下，经济和社会的发展呈现出繁荣的景象。文化产业作为朝阳产业，被称为最有前途的新兴产业，对世界市场产生着重大影响。区别于传统的文化产业，以高科技为支撑的现代文化产业，将种种信息技术与各类的文化资源相互整合，构建新的文化产品的生产和消费方式，数字化、信息化已成为现代文化产业的新型标志。文化产业是一种新兴产业，科技与文化相互渗透、相互融合对于转变文化产业的发展有着重大意义，提高文化产业的科技创新能力已经引起学术界、政府、企业的高度重视，这对理论研究提出了迫切的要求。本文在综合分析国内外学者关于科技创新能力、文化产业研究成果、文化与科技融合发展的背景下，在基础理论研究与案例分析相结合的基础上，以文化科技融合的模式为研究重点，探讨推动产业发展的对策，，以期解决现有理论的不足，丰富文化科技融合模式理论，为文化与科技融合提供建议对策。首先简述研究背景和研究意义，国内外的研究情况，关于科技创新和文化产业的概念界定、基本理论等。然后通过对沈阳市产业发展等资料进行整理分析，对沈阳市文化科技融合总体现状、文化产业发展现状、文化产业的科技投入情况进行分析定位，指出文化产业发展迅猛的同时，也存在许多不容忽视的问题，包括科学技术投入不够；向传统产业渗透力不足；科技与文化融合的平台建设不够完善；文化科技创新成果质量和水平有待提高；人力资源相对匮乏；科技投入融资体系缺乏。通过对国内外发达地区的科技创新推动文化产业模式借鉴，构建出沈阳文化产业的发展模式，并结合沈阳市文化产业发展进行分析，最终提出有针对性的对策。本文研究的成果期望为管理部门针对性地制定相关政策提供参考，为提高沈阳乃至全国各地文化产业的融合发展提供参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:In recent years, science and technology are developing at an astonishing speed. Under the impetus of scientific and technological innovation, the development of economy and society presents a prosperous scene. As a sunrise industry, cultural industry is called the most promising emerging industry. Different from traditional cultural industries, modern cultural industries, supported by high technology, integrate all kinds of information technologies with all kinds of cultural resources to construct new ways of production and consumption of cultural products. Digitization and informatization have become a new symbol of modern cultural industry. Cultural industry is a new industry. Science and technology and culture permeate each other, and the integration of each other is of great significance to the transformation of the development of cultural industry. To improve the scientific and technological innovation ability of cultural industry has attracted great attention from academic circles, governments and enterprises, which puts forward an urgent demand for theoretical research. Under the background of comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the ability of scientific and technological innovation, the research results of cultural industry, the integration of culture and science and technology, and on the basis of the combination of basic theoretical research and case analysis, Focusing on the model of cultural science and technology integration, this paper discusses the countermeasures to promote the development of industry, in order to solve the shortcomings of existing theories and enrich the theory of cultural science and technology integration model. To provide suggestions for the integration of culture and science and technology. Firstly, the research background and significance, the research situation at home and abroad, the concept definition of science and technology innovation and cultural industry are briefly described. Basic theories and so on. Then through sorting out and analyzing the data of Shenyang's industrial development, the general situation of cultural science and technology integration in Shenyang, the present situation of cultural industry development, and the scientific and technological input of cultural industry are analyzed and orientated. It is pointed out that while the cultural industry is developing rapidly, there are many problems that can not be ignored, including insufficient investment in science and technology, insufficient penetration to traditional industries, inadequate construction of platforms for the integration of science and technology with culture, and the improvement of the integration of science and technology with culture. The quality and level of cultural scientific and technological innovation results need to be improved; human resources are relatively scarce; science and technology investment and financing system is lacking. The development mode of Shenyang cultural industry is constructed, and the development of Shenyang cultural industry is analyzed. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The results of this paper are expected to provide references for the management to formulate relevant policies and to improve the integration and development of cultural industries in Shenyang and all parts of the country.
