山东省文化创意产业竞争力研究

【摘要】:未来学家阿尔文·托夫勒曾经预言,未来是创意的时代,谁掌握了创意谁就能主宰世界!文化创意产业就是在这种信息经济飞速发展、产业结构不断优化的背景下逐渐发展起来的。它创造性地将文化、商业、艺术、传媒、设计、咨询等活动巧妙地融为一体,以传统文化为基础,运用现代商业手段,通过创作和创新将各产业部门有机结合,从而满足消费者更高层次的物质需求和精神需求,以实现产品、服务的整体增值。 随着全球经济一体化的持续发展,文化创意产业已经成为各发达国家占领世界经济制高点的新式“武器”,而对我国来说,发展文化创意产业更是以助实现“中国制造”模式向“中国创造”模式转型的重要手段。所以促进文化创意产业发展是提升我国产业结构升级和经济增长方式转变的战略选择,而作为我国的文化资源大省,山东省的文化创意产业发展同样需要引起高度重视。 首先,本文通过借鉴国内外文化创意产业的研究成果,对其内涵进行了界定;然后,针对中国的现实情况,明确了文化创意产业的产业划分。 其次,本文通过分析山东省文化创意产业的发展现状,选取了产业结构和影响因素两个视角对其产业竞争力进行系统评价。一方面,在研究文化创意产业的产业结构时,本文借鉴了传统的产业结构优化理论和欧洲文化创意产业演变规律,运用了偏离-份额分析法,对山东和中国的文化创意产业产业结构进行了数据分析,得出山东省与中国平均水平相比的产业竞争力。另一方面,在研究文化创意产业的影响因素时,本文借鉴了迈克尔·波特的钻石模型和欧洲创意指数模型,建立了适用于文化创意产业的区域产业竞争力评价体系,并利用因子分析法,,通过统计分析软件SPSS19.0,对中国31个省、直辖市、自治区的文化创意产业影响因素进行了数据分析,得出山东省与其他省市相比的产业竞争力。 最后,本文针对山东省文化创意产业存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议,并得出相关结论。
[Abstract]:Futurist Alvin Toffler once predicted that the future is an era of creativity, who can master the creative world! The cultural and creative industries are developing in the context of the rapid development of the information economy and the continuous optimization of the industrial structure. It creatively integrates cultural, commercial, artistic, media, design, consulting and other activities into one. On the basis of traditional culture, modern commercial means are used to combine various industrial departments organically through creation and innovation, so as to meet the higher level of material and spiritual needs of consumers, so as to realize the overall value-added of products and services. With the continuous development of global economic integration, cultural and creative industries have become a new "weapon" for the developed countries to occupy the commanding heights of the world economy. The development of cultural and creative industries is also an important means to help realize the transformation from "made in China" to "created in China". Therefore, to promote the development of cultural and creative industries is a strategic choice for upgrading the industrial structure and changing the mode of economic growth in China. As a province of cultural resources, Shandong Province also needs to attach great importance to the development of cultural and creative industries. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of cultural and creative industries by referring to the research results at home and abroad. Then, according to the reality of China, it clarifies the industrial division of cultural and creative industries. Secondly, by analyzing the current situation of cultural and creative industries in Shandong Province, this paper selects two perspectives of industrial structure and influencing factors to systematically evaluate the industrial competitiveness of cultural and creative industries. On the one hand, when studying the industrial structure of cultural and creative industries, This paper draws lessons from the traditional theory of industrial structure optimization and the evolution law of European cultural and creative industries, and applies the method of deviation-share analysis to analyze the industrial structure of cultural and creative industries in Shandong and China. On the other hand, in studying the factors affecting the cultural and creative industries, this paper draws on Michael Porter's Diamond Model and the European Creative Index Model. The evaluation system of regional industrial competitiveness suitable for cultural and creative industries is established. With the help of factor analysis and SPSS 19.0, the influence factors of cultural and creative industries in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China are analyzed. The industrial competitiveness of Shandong Province compared with other provinces and cities is obtained. Finally, according to the problems of cultural creative industry in Shandong Province, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and draws the relevant conclusions.
