大数据时代我国文化创意产业知识产权保护的路径选择

【摘要】：大数据时代,更加凸显文化创意产业知识产权保护的重要性和紧迫性。加强知识产权保护,是营造文化创意产业发展环境的关键。当前我国文化创意产业知识产权保护存在的问题主要体现在知识产权保护意识淡薄和知识产权保护路径选择缺乏科学性两大方面。通过法律途径对我国文化创意产业知识产权进行保护是所有保护途径中的最佳选择。我国文化创意企业应当根据其自身具体实际情况,综合运用著作权、专利权、商标权、商业秘密权、反不正当竞争等多种保护手段所提供的全方位综合保护,选择最合适的知识产权保护路径,促进我国文化创意产业的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the importance and urgency of intellectual property protection in cultural and creative industries were even more highlighted. The problems of intellectual property protection of cultural and creative industries in China are mainly reflected in the weak consciousness of intellectual property protection and the lack of scientific choice of intellectual property protection path. Protection of intellectual property rights of China's cultural and creative industries through legal channels is the best choice of all the ways of protection. Chinese cultural and creative enterprises should be based on their own specific actual conditions. Comprehensive use of comprehensive and comprehensive protection provided by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, anti-unfair competition, etc., to choose the most appropriate path for intellectual property protection, To promote the healthy development of China's cultural and creative industries.
