浙江农村电影改革新探索——以安吉和义乌农村为例

【摘要】：2014年开始的新一轮浙江省农村电影改革聚焦于农村电影内在运行机制方面,从以前政府全面计划放映转变为更加尊重市场和观众。浙江农村电影改革新探索的成绩主要表现为"三个结合":公益放映与有偿放映相结合;流动放映与固定放映相结合;市场效益与社会效益相结合。安吉县农村在固定影院建设和"一卡通"票务系统方面取得了良好进展。义乌农村电影正在积极进行市场化探索,如义乌"影院+"模式推动农村公共文化服务创新,以"自给自足"新模式替代"送电影下乡"旧模式。浙江农村电影改革新探索对全国其他农村地区具有多方面的启示价值。
[Abstract]:The new round of rural film reform in Zhejiang Province, which began in 2014, focuses on the intrinsic operating mechanism of rural films. The achievements of the new exploration of Zhejiang rural film reform are mainly manifested as "three combinations": the combination of public welfare projection and paid projection, the combination of mobile projection and fixed projection, the transformation from the government's comprehensive plan to more respect for the market and the audience. Good progress has been made in the construction of fixed cinemas and the ticketing system of "one Card" in Anji County. For example, the mode of "cinema" in Yiwu promotes the innovation of rural public cultural service and replaces the old mode of "sending films to the countryside" with the new mode of "self-sufficiency". The new exploration of Zhejiang's rural film reform has many enlightenments to other rural areas of the country.
