技术驱动下传媒内容产业供给侧改革的创新研究

【摘要】:技术作为物质生产力的一种表现,对传媒产业发展具有强大的推动作用,是重要的增长极。当前传统媒体除了面临转型升级重任外,还面临生产过剩、创新能力不足等问题,只有通过供给侧改革,推动媒介体制机制创新,提升内容的生产能力,才能做大、做强传媒产业。媒体的供给侧改革理论应以经济供给侧改革理论为依据,并结合传媒产业发展的具体实际,究其内涵,应包含以下三个层面,一是以内容产业为核心;二是进行体制机制创新改革;三是发挥技术驱动作用力。供给侧改革是传媒转型升级的必然趋势,是满足受众需求的必然选择,是技术驱动作用的必然结果。供给侧改革的目标是协调发展,创新发展与开放发展。技术能够推动媒介形态演变,能够影响媒介政策的制定和媒介制度的变迁,能够改变传媒生态。此外还能促进传媒从业者工作方式的技术化、影响传播产品和内容的自然属性、重构媒介组织。未来传播技术的发展趋势主要表现在终端显示技术、信息传输技术、信息处理技术和媒介营销技术等方面。在内容生产方面,技术革新了内容生产理念、重塑了内容生产流程、创新了内容生产方式;在内容产业平台构建上,技术可建立生产平台、优化管理系统,可建立传播平台、增强用户粘性,可构建盈利平台、增强盈利支撑点。但媒介技术驱动面临风险性、不具有万能性、技术创新能力普遍不足等问题,要坚持技术为基,内容为王;以人为本,固本增值;政策扶持,加快创新;加强管理,控制风险;统筹兼顾,全面发展。
[Abstract]:As a manifestation of material productivity, technology plays a powerful role in promoting the development of media industry and is an important growth pole.In addition to facing the heavy task of transformation and upgrading, the traditional media also faces problems such as overproduction and insufficient innovation capacity. Only through supply-side reform, promoting innovation of media systems and mechanisms, and enhancing the production capacity of content, can the media become bigger.To strengthen the media industry.The theory of supply-side reform of the media should be based on the theory of supply-side economic reform, combined with the specific reality of the development of the media industry, and its connotation should include the following three levels: first, the content industry is the core;Second, carry on the system mechanism innovation reform; third, give play to the technology drive force.The supply-side reform is the inevitable trend of media transformation and upgrading, the inevitable choice to meet the needs of the audience, and the inevitable result of the technology driving effect.The goal of supply-side reform is to coordinate development, innovation and open development.Technology can promote the evolution of media form, influence the formulation of media policy and the change of media system, and change the media ecology.In addition, it can promote the technicalization of media practitioners, influence the natural attributes of media products and content, and restructure media organizations.The development trend of communication technology in the future mainly includes terminal display technology, information transmission technology, information processing technology and media marketing technology.In terms of content production, technology innovates the concept of content production, reinvents the process of content production, and innovates the mode of content production; in the construction of content industry platform, technology can establish production platform, optimize management system, and establish communication platform.Enhance user stickiness, can build profit platform, enhance profit support point.But the media technology drive faces the risk, does not have the omnipotence, the technical innovation ability universal insufficiency and so on, must insist on the technology as the foundation, the content is king, the people-oriented, the firm foundation adds value, the policy supports, speeds up the innovation, strengthens the management, controls the risk;Overall planning and all-round development.
