IC银行陕西分行针对文化产业的融资方案优化设计

【摘要】:在全球文化产业快速发展的背景下,美、日、韩等文化强国的银行业支持文化产业发展,已具有成熟的业务模式。九部委一系列金融政策的出台,国内众多银行纷纷进行金融创新,试水文化产业市场。IC陕西分行作为国有大型商业银行,在面对新兴市场的金融需求时,显露出信贷手段单一、形式传统、融资业务模式缺乏行业针对性的特点,自身客户结构和信贷业务亟待优化。 本文以IC陕西分行针对文化产业客户融资业务为研究对象,采用综合分析法、案例分析法、调查法等方法,阐述了银行信贷的相关理论、特征并对此进行分析。通过对IC陕西分行的实际调查,运用SWOT分析法对IC陕西分行信贷结构、市场占有、业务流程、发展模式等进行分析,剖析出信贷业务流程设计缺乏针对性、风险控制与业务发展缺乏平衡、产品创新能力不足、针对特点行业的专业化营销能力不足等深层次因素。进而梳理整合现有信贷业务流程作为优化的基础,针对融资业务进行流程再造,以专业化经营和信贷产品的创新作为优化的实现方式,以开辟新兴市场、优化信贷结构、稳固客户基础、打造核心竞争力为实现目标,设计出针对IC陕西分行的融资业务优化方案。最后,本文为保障优化方案的顺利实施,从观念、专业人才、品牌推广各方面入手提出科学、具有针对性和可操作性的的保障措施。 本文的问题分析、研究结论对IC陕西分行,乃至中国商业银行界具有重要的实际意义。
[Abstract]:In the context of the rapid development of global cultural industry, the banking industry of the United States, Japan, South Korea and other cultural powers has a mature business model to support the development of cultural industry.With the introduction of a series of financial policies by nine ministries and commissions, many domestic banks have carried out financial innovation. As a large state-owned commercial bank, the Shaanxi branch of the water culture industry market, as a large state-owned commercial bank, has revealed a single means of credit in the face of the financial needs of emerging markets.Form tradition, financing business mode lacks the characteristic of industry pertinence, oneself customer structure and credit business need to be optimized urgently.This paper takes IC Shaanxi Branch as the research object, uses the comprehensive analysis method, the case analysis method, the investigation method and so on, elaborated the bank credit correlation theory, the characteristic and carries on the analysis to this.Through the actual investigation of IC Shaanxi Branch and the analysis of the credit structure, market possession, business process and development mode of IC Shaanxi Branch by using SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the lack of pertinence in the design of credit business process.There is a lack of balance between risk control and business development, a lack of product innovation ability, and a lack of specialized marketing ability in specific industries.Then combing and integrating the existing credit business process as the basis of optimization, aiming at financing business process reengineering, taking the specialized management and the innovation of credit products as the optimized realization way, in order to open up the emerging market, optimize the credit structure,To stabilize customer base and build core competence to achieve the goal, the optimization scheme of financing business for IC Shaanxi Branch is designed.Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme, this paper puts forward scientific, targeted and operable safeguard measures from the aspects of concept, professional personnel and brand promotion.The problem analysis and conclusion of this paper are of great practical significance to IC Shaanxi Branch and even to China's commercial banks.
