文化创意产业园区建设问题研究

【摘要】：近年来，在国家大力发展文化产业的背景下，文化创意产业将逐渐成为我国各大都市的支柱产业，诸多城市意识到文化创意产业园区对城市经济转型和结构调整的重要意义，纷纷将文化创意产业园区作为发展文化产业的首选方案。各大城市按照文化创意产业发展要求，对文化创意产业园区进行规划和建设。文化创意产业园区作为文化创意产业聚集区，它是指以创意生产为主要活动，产业的主导明确、园区基本设施完备、建有公共服务平台、产业链相对完整、具有一定示范作用的文化创意产业的集聚区。由于我国文化创意产业的发展处于初步阶段，有许多方面条件的限制，在文化创意产业园区建设和发展中存在着产业结构同化现象，未能充分发挥聚群效益，，服务平台不完善，专业化创意人才匮乏和产业链不完整等问题。本文在搜集大量有关资料的基础上，首先对相关理论进行了概述，对文化创意产业园区的内涵、特点及相关内容进行了叙述。通过对我国文化创意产业园区建设的整体现状的叙述，指出了文化创意产业园区建设存在的问题。根据实际情况对建设文化创意产业园区进行了总体的规划，阐述了文化创意产业园区建设的目标和原则，在园区的选址、定位、基础设施建设等方面制定了以市场为导向的园区建设的方案。最后结合天津凌奥创意园区的实际案例，明确了园区的定位和特点，结合园区建设的情况运用SWOT分析方法指出了园区存在的主要优势、劣势、机会和威胁，并为促进文化创意产业园区建设和发展提供了一些针对性的建议。期望本论文的研究能为我国文化创意产业园区的建设带来实际性的指导作用，为加快文化创意产业的发展和我国国民经济增长做出贡献。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of vigorously developing the cultural industry, the cultural and creative industry will gradually become the pillar industry of the metropolis in our country. Many cities realize the importance of the cultural and creative industry park to the urban economic transformation and structural adjustment.One after another, cultural and creative industrial parks as the first choice for the development of cultural industries.According to the development requirements of cultural and creative industries, major cities plan and build cultural and creative industrial parks.As a gathering area of cultural and creative industries, the Cultural and Creative Industry Park refers to the creative production as the main activity, the leading role of the industry is clear, the basic facilities of the park are complete, the public service platform is built, and the industrial chain is relatively complete.Has the certain demonstration function the cultural creative industry agglomeration area.Due to the fact that the development of cultural and creative industries in our country is at a preliminary stage, there are many limitations in the construction and development of cultural and creative industries, there is a phenomenon of assimilation of industrial structure in the construction and development of cultural and creative industry parks, which fails to give full play to the benefits of cluster, and the service platform is not perfect.Lack of specialized creative talents and incomplete industrial chain and other issues.On the basis of collecting a large number of relevant materials, this paper first summarizes the relevant theories, and describes the connotation, characteristics and related contents of the cultural and creative industrial park.This paper points out the problems existing in the construction of cultural and creative industrial parks through the description of the overall situation of the construction of cultural and creative industrial parks in China.According to the actual situation, the overall planning of the construction of the cultural and creative industry park is carried out, and the objectives and principles of the construction of the cultural and creative industry park are expounded, and the location and orientation of the park are also discussed.Infrastructure construction and other aspects of the establishment of a market-oriented park construction program.Finally, combined with the actual case of Tianjin Lingao creative park, the location and characteristics of the park are clarified, and the main advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the park are pointed out by SWOT analysis method combined with the construction of the park.It also provides some suggestions for promoting the construction and development of cultural and creative industry park.It is hoped that the research in this paper will bring practical guidance to the construction of cultural and creative industrial parks in China and contribute to the development of cultural and creative industries and the growth of our national economy.
