发挥文化产业对新消费的促进作用——背景、重点、路径分析

【摘要】：当前,中国正迎来新一轮消费升级的浪潮,从传统的温饱型、物质型、排浪式消费向发展型、服务型、多样化等新型消费升级。根据国务院关于积极发挥新消费引领作用的部署,文化产业应该在推动新消费方面发挥更大的作用,要围绕消费市场的新变化趋势进行投资、创新和生产,才能最大限度地提高文化产业投资和创新的有效性。其重点是:推动文化与科技的融合,开发文化消费的新业态;适应老龄化和新世代等不同人群的需求,打造文化消费的新产品;塑造多样化的城乡文化空间,拓展文化消费的新领域。
[Abstract]:At present, China is ushered in a new wave of consumption upgrading, from the traditional food and clothing type, material type, wave type consumption to development type, service type, diversification and other new consumption upgrading. According to the State Council's plan to actively play a leading role in new consumption, the cultural industry should play a greater role in promoting new consumption, and should invest, innovate and produce around the new changing trends in the consumer market. In order to maximize the effectiveness of investment and innovation in cultural industries. It focuses on: promoting the integration of culture and science and technology, developing new forms of cultural consumption; adapting to the needs of different groups of people, such as ageing and new generations, creating new products for cultural consumption; and shaping diverse urban and rural cultural spaces, We will expand new areas of cultural consumption.
