枣庄市运河文化资源的旅游开发

【摘要】:资源枯竭型城市的产业转型与升级问题一直是世界各国积极探索的焦点问题。一方面资源枯竭型城市没有后续的产业支撑因而难以带动城市经济的快速发展;另一方面资源枯竭型城市造成了生态环境的不断恶化使其难以持续健康的发展。因此,对于那些资源枯竭型城市来说,摆在眼前的只有一条路,那就是产业的转型与升级。其中枣庄作为典型的资源枯竭型城市,也必需通过城市的转型与升级来解决经济增长缓慢的问题。在此问题的应对上,枣庄决定通过文化旅游走上产业转型之路。一方面由于人们生活水平的不断提高,对于文化旅游的消费比重逐渐加大;另一方面旅游业因具备文化因素使其成为发展文化产业的龙头资源之一。因此,通过综合考量,枣庄选择文化旅游业作为煤炭产业之后的接续产业,在理论上是可行的。然而,身处儒家文化区域之中的枣庄,文化资源虽然比较丰富,但整体来说比较散乱,对于如何选择龙头产业资源更是一头雾水,摸不着头脑。对枣庄而言,运河文化有其千年古韵,和这座城市有着千丝万缕的关系,浸染着这座城市的每一个人,使这座城市打上了运河的文化烙印,所以笔者认为把运河文化资源作为枣庄城市转型的龙头产业是可取的。但是根据笔者的观察,枣庄运河文化资源除了运河古城之外,实在难以想起其他代表性的产品。加上,在枣庄文化资源相对丰富的情形下,运河文化如何由点带面共同发展,这也是枣庄考虑不周的地方。此外,京杭大运河申遗成功后,各地都在积极打造运河文化品牌,如何应对并展开合作又是亟需考虑的问题。因此,在这些问题的基础上,本文试图从枣庄市运河文化资源的构成、特点及旅游开发价值入手,分析枣庄市运河文化资源的旅游开发现状及问题,提出枣庄运河文化资源旅游开发的相关路径,希望能为枣庄经济的转型与升级提供一些思路与方向。综上所述,本文在文献收集与实地调查的基础上大致分为四章来进行论述:第一章,主要是对枣庄市运河文化资源的构成及特点进行归纳总结,为分析枣庄运河文化资源的旅游价值开发奠定坚实的基础;接着第二章,主要分析枣庄运河文化资源旅游开发价值,并从必要性与价值性体现两方面来着手展现;接着第三章,在前两章的理论基础上,探讨枣庄运河文化资源旅游开发的状况及存在的问题;最后一章,针对枣庄运河文化资源旅游开发过程中存在的主要问题,提出切实有效的旅游开发路径。
[Abstract]:The problem of industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-exhausted cities has been the focus of active exploration all over the world. On the one hand, it is difficult for resource-exhausted cities to promote the rapid development of urban economy without subsequent industrial support; on the other hand, resource-exhausted cities cause the deterioration of ecological environment, which makes it difficult to develop healthily and sustainably. Therefore, for those resource-exhausted cities, there is only one way forward, that is, the transformation and upgrading of industries. As a typical resource-exhausted city, Zaozhuang must solve the problem of slow economic growth through urban transformation and upgrading. In response to this problem, Zaozhuang decided to take the road of industrial transformation through cultural tourism. On the one hand, due to the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the proportion of consumption of cultural tourism is gradually increased; on the other hand, because of cultural factors, tourism has become one of the leading resources for the development of cultural industry. Therefore, it is theoretically feasible for Zaozhuang to choose cultural tourism as the successor industry after the coal industry. However, Zaozhuang, which is in the Confucian culture area, is rich in cultural resources, but on the whole relatively scattered, and how to choose the leading industrial resources is a fog, confused. As far as Zaozhuang is concerned, the canal culture has its ancient charm for a thousand years, and it has inextricable ties with the city. It is imprinted with the culture of the canal by everyone in the city. Therefore, I think canal cultural resources as the leading industry of Zaozhuang city transformation is desirable. But according to the author's observation, the cultural resources of Zaozhuang Canal, besides the ancient canal city, are hard to think of other representative products. In addition, under the circumstance that Zaozhuang is relatively rich in cultural resources, how to develop the canal culture from point to side is also a bad place for Zaozhuang to consider. In addition, after the success of the Grand Canal in Beijing and Hangzhou, many places are actively building the cultural brand of the Canal. How to deal with and cooperate with the Grand Canal is an issue that needs to be considered urgently. Therefore, on the basis of these problems, this paper attempts to analyze the present situation and problems of the tourism development of the canal culture resources in Zaozhuang City, starting with the composition, characteristics and tourism development value of the canal cultural resources in Zaozhuang City. This paper puts forward the related paths of tourism development of Zaozhuang Canal cultural resources, hoping to provide some ideas and directions for the transformation and upgrading of Zaozhuang's economy. To sum up, this paper is divided into four chapters on the basis of literature collection and field investigation. The first chapter is mainly to summarize the constitution and characteristics of the canal cultural resources in Zaozhuang. For the analysis of Zaozhuang Canal cultural resources tourism value development laid a solid foundation; then the second chapter, mainly analyzes the Zaozhuang Canal cultural resources tourism development value, and from the necessity and value of two aspects to show; then chapter three, Based on the theory of the first two chapters, the paper discusses the status and problems of the tourism development of the cultural resources in Zaozhuang Canal, the last chapter aims at the main problems existing in the tourism development of the cultural resources in Zaozhuang Canal. Put forward a practical and effective path of tourism development.
