中国文化创意企业创新影响因素研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着物质生活水平的提高以及生活与工作压力的增大,人们对精神文化产品的需求逐渐增大。文化创意产品迎合了人们的这一需求。近年来我国文化创意产业已经取得了很大进展,但是该行业产品普遍缺乏创新,模仿和跟风现象依然大量存在,致使大量文化产品市场被国外产品占领。创新作为文化创意企业生存与发展的根本动力,提升中国文化创意企业的创新能力已经迫在眉睫。 本文通过文献整理和定性调查,提取了文化创意企业创新的影响因素,并构建了文化创意企业创新的影响因素模型,最后通过实证分析验证了模型。研究结果显示:(1)知识获取能力、企业外部供应链整合、企业创新氛围、供应链协调关系的信任、企业内部供应链整合和知识整合能力正向影响文化创意企业创新具,且不同规模和业务类型的文化创意企业的创新存在显著差异。(2)人际关系、承诺、企业创新氛围、企业内部供应链整合和企业外部供应链整合正向影响知识获取能力,且不同成立年限和业务类型的企业知识获取能力存在显著差异。(3)信任、承诺、企业外部供应链整合、人际关系和外部支持环境正向影响知识整合能力,且不同成立年限和业务类型的企业知识整合能力存在显著差异。(4)供应链协调关系的承诺和人际关系因素正向影响企业内部供应链整合,且不同成立年限、规模和业务类型的企业内部供应链整合存在显著差异。(5)供应链协调关系的承诺、信任和人际关系正向影响企业外部供应链整合,且不同成立年限、规模和业务类型的企业外部供应链整合存在显著差异。本文含图2幅,表104个,参考文献121篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the improvement of material life and the pressure of life and work, people's demand for spiritual and cultural products increases gradually. Cultural and creative products cater to this demand. In recent years, great progress has been made in the cultural and creative industries of our country, but the products of this industry are generally lack of innovation, and the phenomenon of imitation and follow the trend still exists in large numbers, resulting in a large number of cultural products market occupied by foreign products. As the fundamental motive force for the survival and development of cultural and creative enterprises, it is urgent to enhance the innovative ability of Chinese cultural and creative enterprises. Through literature collation and qualitative investigation, this paper extracts the influencing factors of innovation of cultural and creative enterprises, and constructs the model of influencing factors of innovation of cultural and creative enterprises. Finally, the model is verified by empirical analysis. The results show that knowledge acquisition ability, external supply chain integration, enterprise innovation atmosphere, trust in supply chain coordination relationship, internal supply chain integration and knowledge integration ability positively affect innovation tools of cultural and creative enterprises. And there are significant differences in innovation of different scale and business types of cultural creative enterprises. (2) interpersonal relationships, commitment, enterprise innovation atmosphere, internal supply chain integration and external supply chain integration positively affect the ability of knowledge acquisition. Moreover, there are significant differences in knowledge acquisition ability of enterprises with different founding years and business types. Trust, commitment, external supply chain integration, interpersonal relationships and external support environment positively affect the ability of knowledge integration. Moreover, there are significant differences in the ability of knowledge integration among enterprises with different founding years and business types. (4) commitment and interpersonal factors of supply chain coordination relationship positively affect the integration of supply chain within the enterprise, and have different founding years. There are significant differences in supply chain integration among enterprises of scale and type of business. 5) commitment of supply chain coordination relationship, trust and interpersonal relationship positively affect external supply chain integration, and have different established years. There are significant differences in external supply chain integration between scale and business type. This paper includes 2 figures, 104 tables and 121 references.
