西安市文化产业集聚与扩散的时空演化研究

【摘要】:新世纪以来,文化产业在我国获得较快发展,在许多城市和地区形成了文化产业门类,甚至文化产业聚集区。文化产业发展规模和水平,已经成为衡量一个国家和地区竞争力的重要标志。西安市依托历史文化资源的优势,文化产业发展在陕西省占据重要地位,文化产业在其城市内部的空间分布已经呈现出了集聚与扩散的趋势。本文以西安市文化产业企业为基本统计单位,通过《西安市黄页》、电子地图以及实际调研获得1997年、1999年、2002年、2005年、2007年、2009年和2012年的西安市文化产业企业空间分布点属性数据,以主城区绕城高速公路以内的51个街道办事处(镇)为研究的基本空间单元。对文化产业的集聚与扩散过程进行定量化研究,探讨其时空演化规律,进而优化文化产业的空间布局,实现西安市文化产业的跨越式发展。通过研究得到以下结论: 第一,通过对西安市文化产业空间集聚程度的时空变化分析得出:(1)在时间序列上,文化产业空间分布的不同集聚等级的街道数量发生显著变化,强集聚区和中集聚区的数量逐年上升,表明文化产业空间集聚在逐年增强;同时文化产业空间分布的空白区逐年减少,表明文化产业的空间扩散也在同步发生。(2)在区域变化上,集聚区的分布始终表现出城南高于城北的态势,集聚程度显著增强的区域主要是由长安路所穿越的街道或其两侧附近的街道组成,如张家堡、北关、自强路等;曲江街道在政策优势下文化产业发展也较快;新筑镇和斗门镇的文化产业发展十分缓慢,始终是空白区。 第二,通过对西安市文化产业空间扩散能力的时空变化分析得出:(1)对于各街道的文化产业空间扩散能力而言:①在时间序列上,不同扩散能力等级的街道数量发生显著变化,极弱等级街道数量下降明显,中等级街道数量逐年递增,强等级街道数量也有明显上升但数量较少,极强等级街道数量变化不大且数量少。②在区域变化上,部分街道的文化产业空间扩散能力显著增强,如张家堡、三桥、北关、等驾坡、长安路等;部分街道文化产业空间扩散能力增长极为缓慢,一直处于极弱等级,如新筑镇、六村堡、席王、王寺镇、斗门镇、红旗、辛家庙、汉城、谭家、灞桥镇、鱼化寨等。(2)对西安市城区整体文化产业空间扩散能力的变化而言,1997年以来文化产业空间扩散指数逐渐增大,且增长的幅度呈现出阶段性的变化,说明西安市城区整体的文化产业空间扩散能力在逐渐增强。 第三,采用等扇分析法,通过对西安市文化产业空间扩散方向的时空变化分析得出:(1)以钟楼为起始点,不同时段文化产业空间扩散方向存在显著差异:1997年—2002年时段,主导扩散方向为SW和S;2002年—2007年时段,在市中心南侧形成了以SW和SWW、SSW为主导方向的雁行扩散,在市中心北侧形成了以N和NE为主导方向的犄角扩散;2007年—2012年时段,主导扩散方向变为NWW、W和SWW;整个研究期,文化产业主导扩散方向为SW和NWW,同时N方向也呈现出相对的犄角扩散之势。(2)不同时段各方位的文化产业空间扩散速度类型发生显著变化:滞后扩散型,集中在1997—2002年和2002—2007年时段:低速扩散型,各时段均有分布,唯独1997—2002年时段最少。中速扩散型,集中在2007—2012年时段,高达10个;快速扩散型,集中在2007—2012年和1997—2012年两个时段;高速扩散型,只有整个研究期存在NWW和SW两个方位,说明西安市文化产业的发展仍处在上升阶段。 第四,采用环形系统分析法,通过对西安市文化产业及其内部主要行业空间分布的圈层分异特征变化分析得出:(1)文化产业整体的圈层分异特征变化:在研究期内各圈层文化产业企业密度呈现出逐年增加的态势,距离市中心3.5Km内的文化产业企业密度增加显著,各年份企业密度最大值和企业密度变化最大值均在市中心,文化产业向市中心的集聚逐年增强,同时也表现出了明显的外围扩散趋势。(2)文化产业内部主要行业的圈层分异特征变化:新闻出版业、广播影视业、文化表演业、文物及文化保护业、文化娱乐业、文化旅游业、广告业都不同程度的表现出向市中心或市中心附近区域集聚的态势,且随着时间的变化这种趋势越来越明显;但在空间扩散上几大行业间的差异明显,其中文化娱乐业、文化旅游业、广告业的空间扩散最为显著,新闻出版业的空间扩散也比较明显,广播影视业、文化表演业、文物及文化保护业的空间扩散不明显。 第五,西安市文化产业发展存在时空相关性特征,在时间尺度和空间尺度上呈现出不同的变化规律。在时间尺度上,时空相关性随时间间隔的增加而降低,但相关系数一直较大,说明短时间尺度变化对时空相关性的影响并不显著。在空间尺度上,距离市中心一定的空间范围内,时空相关性十分显著,同时表现出随着区域间相邻距离的增加,时空相关性开始降低,区域间的相邻距离越大时空相关性变化越明显,说明文化产业发展的时空相关性存在明显的空间尺度特征。
[Abstract]:Since the new century, cultural industry has developed rapidly in China. In many cities and regions, cultural industries have been formed, and even cultural industries are gathered. The scale and level of cultural industry development has become an important symbol to measure the competitiveness of a country and region. The development of cultural industry in Xi'an is based on the advantages of historical and cultural resources. Shaanxi province occupies an important position. The spatial distribution of cultural industry in its cities has shown a trend of agglomeration and diffusion. This article takes Xi'an cultural industry as the basic statistical unit, through the "Xi'an yellow page", electronic map and the actual survey to obtain the 1997, 1999, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2012. The spatial distribution point data of the cultural industry enterprise of an city is the basic space unit of the 51 Street offices (towns) within the city of the main urban area, which is the basic space unit. The quantitative research on the agglomeration and diffusion process of the cultural industry is carried out to discuss the temporal and spatial evolution of the cultural industry, and then to optimize the spatial distribution of the cultural industry and realize the Xi'an culture. The leap forward development of industry.
First, through the analysis of spatial and temporal changes in the spatial agglomeration degree of cultural industry in Xi'an: (1) in time series, the number of streets of different agglomeration levels of cultural industry spatial distribution has been significantly changed, the number of strong agglomeration and centralization area is increasing year by year, indicating that the spatial agglomeration of cultural industry is increasing year by year; meanwhile, cultural production has been produced. The spatial distribution of the industrial space is decreasing year by year, indicating that the spatial diffusion of the cultural industry is also synchronizing. (2) in the regional change, the distribution of the agglomeration area always shows the situation that the south of the city is higher than the north of the city. The area of the agglomeration degree is mainly enhanced by the streets of the Changan road or the streets near its sides, such as Zhangjiabao, north. The development of cultural industry in Qujiang street is fast, and the development of the cultural industry in newly built towns and Doumen towns is very slow, and it is always a blank area.
Second, through the analysis of spatial and temporal changes in the spatial diffusion capacity of cultural industry in Xi'an: (1) for the spatial diffusion capacity of cultural industries in various streets: (1) in time series, the number of streets with different diffusivity levels has changed significantly, the number of streets in the extremely weak grades decreased obviously, and the number of middle grade streets increased year by year. The number of grade streets also increased significantly, but the number of streets was small, and the number of very strong grade streets changed little and few. In the regional changes, the spatial diffusion capacity of cultural industries in some streets increased significantly, such as Zhangjiabao, three bridges, North customs, Changan road and so on; the spatial diffusion capacity of some street cultural industries increased very slowly. Directly in the extremely weak grade, such as new town, six Village Fort, seat king, Wang Temple Town, Doumen Town, red flag, simijia temple, Seoul, Tan Jia, Baqiao Town, fish chemical village, and so on. (2) the spatial diffusion index of the cultural industry has increased gradually since 1997, and the range of growth shows a gradual change since 1997. It shows that the overall spatial diffusion ability of Xi'an's urban cultural industry is gradually increasing.
Third, by analyzing the spatial and temporal changes in the spatial diffusion direction of Xi'an cultural industry by using the equal fan analysis method, it is concluded that (1) there are significant differences in the spatial diffusion of cultural industries in different periods: the leading diffusion direction is SW and S in the period of 1997 to 2002, and the southern side of the city center is formed in the period of 2002 to 2007. SW and SWW, SSW as the leading direction of the wild goose diffusion, the northern side of the center of the city to form a N and NE as the dominant direction of the horn diffusion; from 2007 to 2012, the leading diffusion direction changed into NWW, W and SWW; the whole study period, the dominant diffusion direction of the cultural industry is SW and NWW, and the same N direction also presents a relative horns diffusion potential. (2) (2) no At the same time, the spatial diffusion speed types of cultural industries in the same period have been significantly changed: the lag diffusion type, concentrated in 1997 to 2002 and 2002 to 2007 period: the low velocity diffusion type, each time period has the distribution, only the period of 1997 to 2002. The medium speed diffusion type is concentrated in the period of 2007 to 2012, up to 10; the rapid diffusion type is concentrated in the period. 2007 - 2012 and 1997 - 2012 two periods; high speed diffusion type, only the whole study period exists NWW and SW two directions, indicating that the development of cultural industry in Xi'an is still in the rising stage.
Fourth, through the analysis of the circular system, through the analysis of the spatial distribution of the cultural industry and its internal major industries in Xi'an, we can get the following results: (1) the change of the circle of the cultural industry as a whole: in the study period, the density of the cultural industry in each circle is increasing year by year, from the 3.5Km in the center of the city. The density of cultural industry has increased significantly. The maximum value of enterprise density and the maximum value of enterprise density in each year are both in the center of the city, and the agglomeration of cultural industry to the center of the city has increased year by year. (2) the changes in the circle of the main industries in the cultural industry: news and publishing, broadcasting, film and television. Industry, cultural performance, cultural relics and cultural protection, cultural and entertainment industry, cultural tourism, and advertising industry show different degrees of agglomeration to the city center or downtown area, and the trend is more and more obvious with the change of time. However, the difference between several major industries in space diffusion is obvious, among them, culture and entertainment industry, culture The space diffusion of the tourism industry is the most significant, and the spatial diffusion of the press and publishing industry is also obvious. The space diffusion of the broadcasting, film and television industry, the cultural performance industry, the cultural relics and the cultural protection industry is not obvious.
Fifth, the development of cultural industry in Xi'an has the characteristics of spatio-temporal correlation, showing different changes in time scale and spatial scale. On time scale, spatio-temporal correlation decreases with the increase of time interval, but the correlation coefficient is always larger, indicating that the effect of short time scale change on spatiotemporal correlation is not significant. On the scale, the spatio-temporal correlation is very significant in a certain space range from the center of the city. At the same time, with the increase of the adjacent distance between the regions, the spatio-temporal correlation begins to decrease. The greater the spatial and temporal correlation of the adjacent distance between regions is, the more obvious that the spatio-temporal correlation of the development of cultural industry has obvious spatial scale characteristics.
