欧洲国家文化产业政策对苏州文化新兴业态培育的启示

【摘要】：西方发达国家都将文化产业发展特别是文化新兴业态作为经济发展的国家战略。纵观欧洲主要国家发展文化产业的历史,政府都较注重扶持政策和社会投入,尤其注重把握政府角色和调动企业积极性。文化新兴业态的发展,文化与科技融合是关键因素之一。苏州文化新兴业态与科技融合不仅要体现在内容层面,还需要体现在服务层面、网络层面,必须按照产业生产的要求,构建产业协作的市场环境,按照产业集聚要求提供人才支撑,以最经济的方式,汇聚单个文化企业的力量,促使文化新兴业态形成浓厚的创新氛围、生产力和竞争优势。
[Abstract]:The western developed countries regard the development of cultural industry, especially the new form of culture, as the national strategy of economic development. Throughout the history of the development of cultural industries in major European countries, governments have paid more attention to supporting policies and social investment, especially to grasping the role of government and mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises. The integration of culture and science and technology is one of the key factors in the development of new culture. The integration of Suzhou culture emerging industry and science and technology should not only be embodied in the content level, but also in the service level and the network level. The market environment of industrial cooperation must be constructed according to the requirements of industrial production. According to the requirement of industrial agglomeration, we can provide talent support, pool the strength of a single cultural enterprise in the most economical way, and promote the formation of a strong innovation atmosphere, productivity and competitive advantage in the new industry of culture.
