以报业集团为例探析安徽文化产业资本运营

【摘要】:近年来文化产业在我国兴起,发展文化产业有着深远意义和朝阳的前景,它以文化产品和服务的生产、传播为主,以文化消费为主导,既有同一般产业发展相似的特点,又有自身的特殊性和规律。安徽省在大力推进文化产业发展的同时,也在不断深化文化体制改革,完善文化体制政策,使文化产业规模进一步扩大,促进文化产业健康发展。由于我国文化产业发展起步较晚,相关经济统计口径不统一,数据也不完整。在缺乏大量完整统计数据的情况下,我们对文化产业发展的梳理主要基于定性的研究。 本文以报业集团资本运营为例,通过对目前安徽文化产业资本运营的现状进行分析,结合传统的政策与政治因素,以定性分析方法深度发掘我国文化产业发展的内部规律。本文还就文化产业与产业资本如何更好地进行融合以及文化与资本相互促进,共同发展提出相关对策和建议。同时对安徽文化产业资本集团化的投融资及整个运营过程遇到的问题进行分析和描述,并提出解决的建议。文章将从以下几个部分展开: 第一章为绪论,主要是介绍选题的背景及意义,并阐述文章的研究思路及框架。本文遵循现状描述——提出问题——实践分析——对策提出的逻辑,对文化产业发展问题从产业经济学的角度出发,运用案例分析、理论与实践相结合的方法进行研究。第二章对资本运营与文化产业发展进行分析。阐述了资本运营的定义、内涵及理论的发展。研究了文化产业概念、分类、特征等基本理论问题。基于国内外文化产业概念没有统一界定,在汇总各国对文化产业的定义基础上,沿用了我国关于文化产业的统一定义:文化产业是为社会公众提供文化,娱乐产品和服务的活动,以及与这些活动有关联的活动的集合。文化产业是具有研究开发、生产经营、分配流通和消费性的产业。同时,以《国民经济行业分类》为基础,在兼顾部门管理需要和可操作性的条件下,结合国际分类标准,将文化及相关产业分为五层。研究认为,文化产业兼有物质属性和精神属性两大基本属性,具有功能、机制、发展等三个方面的特征。还对几个实践中易混淆的文化产业相关概念做了辨析。最后对世界及中国文化产业发展进行分析。阐述了世界文化产业的总体概况,以美国、日本为例进行具体分析。同时通过近年来我国文化产业建设的主要成就,发展文化产业的战略意义及遇到的问题三部分进行阐述。第三章是报业集团资本运营探析。探讨了我国报业集团资本运营的现状及原因。融资的现状是结构过于单一和内向化,导致这种局面的原因包括较高的直接资金成本,一些借贷形式附加的间接成本和银行信贷缺乏信用保障。探讨了报业集团资本运营的必要性及可行性,着力报业集团资本运营是现代企业规范运作的需要,是报业市场竞争的需要,是报业集团改革的需要,是报业集团融入市场的需要,是实现报业集团经营目标的需要。报业集团资本运营的可行性包括以下四点:文化体制改革的战略部署为报业集团资本运营创造了良好的政策环境;报业集团进入资本市场的时机已比较成熟;报业集团“两分开”改革为资本运营开辟了空间;一些传媒企业上市为报业集团资本运营提供了经验。最后对报业集团资本运营提出对策及建议。应从内外两方面依据实际出发,采取多种方式。第四章对安徽文化产业资本运营进行探析。并对发展安徽文化产业,提升安徽文化产业资本运营水平提出具体的对策和建议。文化产业的资本运营,就是将文化媒介单位所拥有的可经营资本通过兼并、重组、控股、转让、租赁等方式进行运作,在更大范围内和更高层次上实现媒介资源的优化配置。安徽应着重从政策、体制上保障支持文化生产和文化消费发展,进一步解放和发展文化生产力、文化消费力,加强文化创意产品的创新,增强安徽文化产业的国际国内竞争力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cultural industry has been rising in China. The development of cultural industry has far-reaching significance and the prospect of sunrise. It is dominated by the production and dissemination of cultural products and services, with cultural consumption as the dominant factor. It has the characteristics similar to the development of the general industry, but also has its own particularity and law. Anhui province is promoting the development of cultural industry as well as the development of cultural industry. We will continue to deepen the reform of the cultural system, improve the cultural system policy, make the cultural industry scale further and promote the healthy development of the cultural industry. Because of the late start of the development of the cultural industry in China, the relevant economic statistics are not uniform and the data are incomplete. Carding is mainly based on qualitative research.
This paper, taking the capital operation of the newspaper group as an example, analyzes the current situation of capital operation in Anhui's cultural industry and combines the traditional policy and political factors to explore the internal law of the development of our cultural industry by qualitative analysis. Capital mutual promotion and common development put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. At the same time, it analyzes and describes the problems encountered in the investment and financing of Anhui cultural industry capital collectivization and the whole operation process, and puts forward some suggestions to solve it. The article will be carried out from the following parts:
The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic, and expounds the research ideas and framework of the article. This article follows the current situation description - the logic of putting forward the problems - practical analysis - countermeasures, starting from the point of view of industrial economics, using case analysis, combining theory with practice. The second chapter analyzes the capital operation and the development of cultural industry. The definition of capital operation, the connotation and the development of the theory are expounded. The basic theoretical problems, such as the concept, classification and characteristics of the cultural industry, are studied. The concept of cultural industry at home and abroad is not unified, and the definition of cultural industry is based on the definition of the cultural industry. A unified definition of our cultural industry is used: the cultural industry provides the public with culture, recreational products and services, and the collection of activities associated with these activities. The cultural industry is an industry with research and development, production and operation, distribution and consumption. At the same time, the industry is based on the classification of the national economy. Under the condition of taking account of the needs and maneuverability of department management, the culture and related industries are divided into five layers in combination with international classification standards. It is considered that the cultural industry has both the two basic attributes of both material and spiritual attributes, which have three aspects such as function, mechanism and development. Finally, the paper analyzes the development of the world and China's cultural industry, expounds the general situation of the world cultural industry, and makes a concrete analysis of the United States and Japan for example. At the same time, it expounds the strategic significance of the development of cultural industry and the three parts of the problems encountered in the development of cultural industry in recent years. Third chapters. This paper discusses the capital operation of the newspaper group. The present situation and reasons for the capital operation of the newspaper group in China are discussed. The current situation of the financing is that the structure is too single and introverted. The reasons for this situation include higher direct capital cost, the additional indirect cost of some lending forms and the lack of credit guarantee for the bank credit. The necessity and feasibility of the operation, the capital operation of the newspaper industry group is the need of the standardized operation of the modern enterprise, the need of the competition of the newspaper market, the need of the reform of the newspaper group, the need for the integration of the newspaper group into the market and the need for the realization of the business target of the newspaper group. The feasibility of the capital operation of the newspaper group includes the following four points The strategic deployment of the cultural system reform has created a good policy environment for the capital operation of the newspaper group; the time for the entry of the newspaper group into the capital market has been more mature; the reform of the "two separate" reform of the newspaper group has opened up the space for capital operation; some media enterprises have provided experience for the capital operation of the newspaper group. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the capital operation of the industry group. We should proceed from the two aspects of the internal and external aspects and take various ways. The fourth chapter analyzes the capital operation of Anhui cultural industry, and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Anhui cultural industry and the promotion of the capital operation level of Anhui cultural industry. The operational capital owned by cultural media units can be operated through mergers, restructuring, holding, transfer and leasing. The optimal allocation of media resources is realized in a broader and higher level. Anhui should focus on supporting cultural production and the development of cultural consumption and further emancipating and developing cultural productivity from the policy and system. Cultural consumption power, strengthen the innovation of cultural and creative products, and enhance the international and domestic competitiveness of Anhui's cultural industry.
