河北省居民文化消费条件模型和消费条件指数研究

【摘要】:长期以来,由于经济和社会发展水平的限制,我们主要关注于物质消费,而忽视了文化消费。改革开放后,尤其是进入新世纪以来,随着经济的快速发展和消费市场的日益繁荣,人们的物质需求得到了基本满足,文化消费即将成为现在社会的消费主流。然而,文化消费在迅速发展的同时,也出现了许多不容忽视的问题,这些问题对于我们的文化发展进程有着非常不利的影响。因此,加强对居民文化消费条件的研究具有极为重要的意义。 本文主要以河北省居民文化消费条件为研究对象,共分为五部分。第一部分介绍了选题背景、研究目的和意义、基本概念界定、研究思路和方法以及研究的创新点与不足。第二部分对相关理论研究进行了系统评述。接下来第三部分到第五部分是文章的主体部分:首先,文章对河北省居民文化消费现状和问题进行了研究,然后从文化消费基础设施、金融体制和社会文化消费环境三个方面对文化消费条件影响文化消费的机理进行了分析。接着根据问卷调查的结果,笔者构造了文化消费条件模型,利用2006—2010年河北省11个重点城市的面板数据对文化消费条件模型进行了统计分析和检验,得到了河北省文化消费条件的回归方程,并且提出了文化消费条件指数的概念和计算公式,计算了河北省11个重点城市的文化消费条件指数,得到了河北省各地区文化消费条件发展不平衡的结论。最后,文章提出了进一步改善河北省居民文化消费条件状况的相关对策建议,主要涉及到文化消费基础设施、金融体制、社会文化消费环境、各地区应针对性地改善地区文化消费条件等方面。 本研究最终得出以下结论: 第一,文化消费基础设施、金融体制和社会文化消费环境等客观消费条件对河北省文化消费有着重要影响。根据问卷调查的结果进行分析,发现影响河北省居民文化消费的社会条件按影响程度由强到弱的顺序依次是:公共文化设施的种类和数目、基础设施(交通、电力等)、与周围人的收入差距、社会保障水平、信息通讯、金融和信贷环境。可见对大多数居民来说,文化消费条件对他们文化消费的影响是很大的,尤其是公共文化设施、交通和电力等基础设施以及收入差距,在统计百分比中,它们出现的频率最高高达14.41%。另外,其他几种文化消费条件也有着很高的频率,例如社会保障水平频率高达12.24%。 第二,各个文化消费条件对居民文化消费的贡献率大小不同。根据数据计算的结果显示,2010年文化消费条件对河北省文化消费水平的贡献率按从大到小的顺序依次是:文化机构(27.73%)、农村基尼系数(-23.73%)、金融体制(13.92%)、社会保障水平(7.48%),各个文化消费条件的贡献率有着明显差异。 第三,河北省各地区的文化消费条件发展不平衡。通过计算并比较分析2010年河北省11个重点城市的文化消费指数发现,唐山(261.00)、石家庄(234.42)、秦皇岛(226.72)等城市的文化消费条件贡献值要远远高于沧州(90.04)、衡水(68.03)等城市的文化消费条件贡献值。 本文主要创新点: (1)研究对象的创新。目前学术界对影响文化消费的非收入因素(主要是客观消费条件)进行系统而深入的研究并不多,大多数只是在政策建议里一带而过。本文以河北省文化消费条件为研究对象,是对学术界文化消费理论的有益补充。 (2)研究方法的创新。目前大多数学者对影响文化消费的因素只是做定性分析,进行系统而深入地实证研究并且给出详实的分析结果的少之又少。本文在问卷调查的基础上,将一系列非收入因素作为因变量,建立了河北省文化消费条件模型,是对学术界在该领域研究方法的有益探索。 (3)本文根据学术界的相关研究成果推导了“文化消费条件指数”的计算公式,并且计算和比较了河北省11个重点城市的文化消费条件指数,比较分析了河北省现有文化消费条件的状况。这不仅具有重要的理论意义,更为政府和有关部门制定政策提供了一定的参考依据。
[Abstract]:For a long time, due to the restriction of the level of economic and social development, we mainly pay attention to material consumption and neglect cultural consumption. After the reform and opening up, especially since the new century, with the rapid development of the economy and the increasing prosperity of the consumer market, the material needs of the people have been basically met, and the cultural consumption is about to become the present society. However, while cultural consumption is developing rapidly, there are many problems that can not be ignored. These problems have a very negative impact on our cultural development process. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the study on the conditions of residents' cultural consumption.
This article mainly takes the cultural consumption conditions of Hebei residents as the research object, which is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, the definition of the basic concepts, the ideas and methods of the research, the innovation and deficiency of the research. The second part makes a systematic review of the related theoretical research. The next third parts to fifth Part of the main part of the article: first, the article studies the status and problems of Hebei residents' cultural consumption, and then analyses the mechanism of cultural consumption from three aspects of cultural consumption infrastructure, financial system and social and cultural consumption environment. The culture consumption condition model was built, and the cultural consumption condition model was analyzed and tested by the panel data of 11 key cities in Hebei province from 2006 to 2010. The regression equation of cultural consumption conditions in Hebei province was obtained. The concept and calculation formula of cultural consumption condition index were put forward, and 11 key cities in Hebei province were calculated. The cultural consumption condition index of the city has obtained the conclusion that the development of cultural consumption conditions in various regions of Hebei province is unbalanced. Finally, the article puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the conditions of cultural consumption in Hebei Province, mainly involving the cultural consumption infrastructure, the financial system, the social and cultural consumption environment, and the areas should be targeted. To improve the conditions of cultural consumption in the region.
This study finally draws the following conclusions:
First, the objective consumption conditions such as the cultural consumption infrastructure, the financial system and the social and cultural consumption environment have an important influence on the cultural consumption in Hebei province. According to the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, it is found that the social conditions affecting the cultural consumption of the residents in Hebei are in the order of the strong or weak influence in order that the public cultural facilities are in turn. Types and numbers, infrastructure (transportation, electricity, etc.), income gap with the surrounding people, social security level, information communication, financial and credit environment. It can be seen that for most residents, cultural consumption has a great impact on their cultural consumption, especially public cultural facilities, transportation and electricity infrastructure, and income gap, Among the statistical percentages, they have the highest frequency of up to 14.41%., and several other cultural consumption conditions have a high frequency, for example, the frequency of social security is up to 12.24%..
Second, the contribution rate of cultural consumption to the consumption of cultural consumption is different. According to the results of data calculation, the contribution rate of cultural consumption in 2010 to Hebei's cultural consumption level is in sequence: cultural institutions (27.73%), rural Gini coefficient (-23.73%), financial system (13.92%), social security water. Third, the development of cultural consumption conditions in Hebei province is unbalanced. The main innovation points in this paper are:

(2) the innovation of research methods. At present, most scholars do qualitative analysis on the factors affecting cultural consumption, carry out systematic and in-depth empirical research and give detailed and detailed analysis results. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, a series of non income factors are used as the dependent variables to establish the cultural consumption condition model of Hebei province. It is a useful exploration for the academic circles in this field.
(3) this paper derives the calculation formula of "cultural consumption condition index" according to the relevant research results of the academic circles, and calculates and compares the cultural consumption conditions index of 11 key cities in Hebei Province, and compares and analyzes the existing conditions of the existing cultural consumption conditions in Hebei province. This is not only of great theoretical significance but also for the government and the relevant departments. The door policy provides a certain reference.
