地域中医药文化创意产业发展研究

【摘要】:当前,在国家大力发展与培育战略性新兴产业的背景下,文化创意产业和中医药产业都成为了我国国民经济和社会发展中具有良好发展优势和广阔市场前景的战略性新兴产业。 其中,中医药是我国各族人民在几千年生产生活实践和与疾病作斗争中逐步形成并不断丰富发展的医学科学。由于我国是一个多民族幅员辽阔的国家,地区间差异悬殊,长此以往就形成了许多独具特色的地域中医药。其地域特点主要表现在中医药和地域其他类型文化的融合所形成的地域性中医药文化/药材产地的显著地域性、地域中药质量和疗效的直接相关性等方面。 与此同时,面向经济社会发展的重大需求,我国的文化创意产业迅速崛起。文化创意产业是一种在全球化、现代化、信息科技化、人文知识化的社会背景下所建构起来的新产业,目前方兴未艾。 中医哲学提出了“中医哲学的时代使命”命题,将有可能开创“中国文化的医学时代”。由于我国中医药产业的发展具有良好基础,同时,因为根植于我国传统文化,中医药完全能与其他文化产业融合。借鉴文化创意产业发展的经验,完全有可能开辟中医药发展的新路径。但是,将中医药切入文化创意产业目前还没有引起足够的重视。基于此,本文认为:发展中医药文化创意产业,走以文化为基础的创新性发展路径,完全可以成为扶持和促进中医药文化发展的战略选择。 本研究从发展中医药文化创意产业的前提和背景出发,指出发展中医药文化创意产业不仅必要而且可能。同时,论文以产业集群理论、文化创意产业理论和中医基础理论等为理论基础,对文化创意产业进行了重新界定,在此基础上提出了中医药文化创意产业这一概念。接着,论文通过分析地域中医药文化创意产业发展现状并以湖南为例,对湖南中医药文化创意产业的现状作SWOT分析;通过对中医药文化创意产业发展存在的问题进行总结,进而研究了中医文化创意产业发展的动力机制和中医文化创意产业发展的集群机理、方法与模式,在此基础上提出地域中医药文化创意产业发展及其集群化方法和几种模式。 最后,文章坚持理论和实践相结合,提出适合湖南中医药文化创意产业发展的对策与建议:产业集群化是湖南中医药文化创意产业的发展方向、关键是培养中医药文化创意人才、突破口则是开发湖南中医文化特色创意项目、重点是建设中医药文化创意产业园区并通过设立创意基金和建立中医药文化创意产业协调领导机构作为保障。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of the country vigorously developing and cultivating strategic emerging industries, both cultural and creative industries and traditional Chinese medicine industries have become strategic emerging industries with good development advantages and broad market prospects in the national economy and social development of our country. Among them, Chinese medicine is the medical science that the people of all nationalities in our country form and enrich and develop step by step in thousands of years' practice of production and life and struggle with disease. As China is a multinational country with vast territory and great differences between regions, many unique regional Chinese medicine has been formed in the long run. Its regional characteristics are mainly manifested in the regional culture of traditional Chinese medicine and other types of regional culture formed by the significant regional Chinese medicine culture / origin, the quality of regional Chinese medicine and the direct correlation between curative effect and so on. At the same time, facing the great demand of economic and social development, the cultural creative industry of our country rises rapidly. Cultural creative industry is a new industry which is constructed under the background of globalization, modernization, information science and technology and humanism knowledge, which is in the ascendant at present. Chinese medicine philosophy has put forward the proposition of "the mission of the times of Chinese medicine philosophy", which will lead to the "medical age of Chinese culture". As the development of Chinese medicine industry has a good foundation, at the same time, because it is rooted in Chinese traditional culture, Chinese medicine can be completely integrated with other cultural industries. Drawing lessons from the experience of the development of cultural and creative industries, it is possible to open up a new path for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. However, cutting Chinese medicine into the cultural and creative industries has not attracted enough attention. Based on this, this paper holds that developing the creative industry of Chinese medicine culture and taking the innovative development path based on culture can become the strategic choice to support and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture. Based on the premise and background of developing traditional Chinese medicine culture creative industry, this study points out that it is not only necessary but also possible to develop traditional Chinese medicine culture creative industry. At the same time, based on the theory of industrial cluster, the theory of cultural creative industry and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the paper redefines the cultural and creative industry of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward the concept of cultural creative industry of traditional Chinese medicine. Then, by analyzing the current situation of regional Chinese medicine cultural creative industry and taking Hunan as an example, this paper makes SWOT analysis on the current situation of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine cultural creative industry, and summarizes the problems existing in the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture creative industry. Then it studies the dynamic mechanism of the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture and creative industry and the cluster mechanism, method and model of the development of traditional Chinese medicine culture and creative industry. On this basis, it puts forward the regional Chinese medicine culture creative industry development and its cluster method and several kinds of models. Finally, the article insists on the combination of theory and practice, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the development of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine culture creative industry: industrial cluster is the development direction of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine culture creative industry. The key is to train creative talents of traditional Chinese medicine culture, and the breakthrough is to develop the creative projects with cultural characteristics of Hunan traditional Chinese medicine. The focal point is to build the creative industry park of Chinese medicine culture and establish the creative fund and the coordinating leading organization of the creative industry of traditional Chinese medicine as the guarantee.
