中美电影企业国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:伴随我国产业转型升级的不断深入,文化产业以其能耗低,潜力大,辐射广的优点,成为国民经济新的增长点。近些年来,中国电影市场蓬勃发展,为世界电影产业规模增长做出了巨大贡献。同时我国文化产业尤其是电影产业市场化起步晚、经验少,为了更快的加强自身实力,改进自身发展和管理模式,同时打开国际市场,各大电影公司纷纷通过并购、合作等方式进入国际领域。美国电影企业市场化发展早,国际竞争经验丰富,好莱坞电影模式更是全球典范。对比中美电影企业发展环境和国际竞争力情况,对企业明晰自身优势,加强国际运作成功率,增强国际竞争实力都有重要意义。本文以中国电影企业国际竞争力为切入,客观分析了我国电影企业发展现状,从要素条件、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、以及企业战略、结构和同业竞争等方面揭示了中美电影企业发展环境差异。在此基础上,建立包含10个指标的电影企业国际竞争力评价体系,以2015年中美25家上市电影企业作为研究样本,通过因子分析法对中美上市电影企业的国际竞争力进行了定量分析,最后得出竞争力综合评价。结果表明,2015年中国电影企业发展迅速,与美国样本公司相比国际竞争与发展优势明显,已有竞争优势主要在资本能力和发展能力上,而美国样本公司的竞争优势主要在于其良好的运营能力。因此,中国电影企业发展国际化经营要发挥好自身优势,抓住国内电影产业大发展的历史时机,高效运用资本;加强技术改进,利用好后发优势,抓住电影产业技术革新的机遇;在国际化过程中,多方延伸产业链,加强向具有较强运营能力的国际先进企业学习,进一步增强自身国际竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's industrial transformation and upgrading, cultural industry has become a new growth point of national economy because of its advantages of low energy consumption, great potential and wide radiation. In recent years, China's film market is booming, which has made great contribution to the growth of the world film industry. At the same time, China's cultural industry, especially the film industry, started late in marketization and had little experience. In order to strengthen its own strength, improve its own development and management mode, and at the same time open up the international market, major film companies have adopted mergers and acquisitions. Cooperation and other means into the international field. American film enterprises developed early in the market, experienced in international competition, Hollywood film model is a global model. Comparing the development environment and international competitiveness of Chinese and American film enterprises, it is of great significance for enterprises to make clear their own advantages, strengthen the success rate of international operation and enhance their international competitive strength. Based on the international competitiveness of Chinese film enterprises, this paper analyzes objectively the present situation of the development of Chinese film enterprises, including the essential factors, the demand conditions, the related and supportive industries, and the strategy of the enterprises. The structure and competition of the same industry reveal the differences in the development environment of Chinese and American film enterprises. On this basis, a 10 index evaluation system for the international competitiveness of film companies is established, with 25 listed film companies in the United States and China as the research samples in 2015. This paper makes a quantitative analysis of the international competitiveness of Chinese and American listed film enterprises through factor analysis, and finally obtains a comprehensive evaluation of competitiveness. The results show that Chinese film enterprises developed rapidly in 2015 and have obvious advantages in international competition and development compared with American sample companies. The existing competitive advantages are mainly in capital capacity and development ability. And the American sample company's competitive advantage mainly lies in its good operation ability. Therefore, Chinese film enterprises should make good use of their own advantages in developing their international operations, seize the historical opportunity of the great development of the domestic film industry, use capital efficiently, strengthen technological improvement, and make good use of the advantages of latecomer. In the process of internationalization, we should extend the industrial chain, strengthen the learning from the international advanced enterprises with strong operational ability, and further enhance their international competitiveness.
