版权资产的金融化——文化与科技融合的投融资政策体系构建探讨

【摘要】：在文化与科技融合的背景下,版权产业应运而生,版权资产成为融合型文化科技产业的核心资产。文化与科技融合的投融资政策的难点在于版权资产的金融化。建构文化与科技融合性产业的投融资政策体系,必须围绕版权资产的金融化路径予以统筹研究。应遵循版权资产的产权化、资本化和金融化发展路径,在不同的阶段采取不同的策略,以为版权资产的产权化、资本化以及金融化历程创造良好的政策环境。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the fusion of culture and science and technology, the copyright industry emerges as the times require, and the copyright assets become the core assets of the integrated cultural science and technology industry. The difficulty of the investment and financing policy of the fusion of culture and science and technology lies in the financialization of copyright assets. To construct the investment and financing policy system of culture and science and technology fusion industry, we must focus on the financial path of copyright assets. We should follow the path of property rights capitalization and financialization of copyright assets and adopt different strategies in different stages so as to create a good policy environment for the property rights capitalization and financialization of copyright assets.
