电影众筹融资模式与发展策略研究

【摘要】：2013年《十万个冷笑话》在"点名时间"发起众筹,并成为国内第一部上映的众筹电影,由此众筹开始成为电影投融资的热门话题。到2015年暑期档,引入了众筹融资模式的《西游记之大圣归来》(以下简称《大圣归来》)票房一路走高,电影众筹备受关注。此后,有别于传统融资模式的众筹融资对电影产业的影响日渐显现。本文从理论上对电影众筹融资进行研究,通过梳理电影众筹的发展现状,结合其他行业的众筹经验,对电影众筹融资提出具有针对性与建设性的发展策略,以促进电影众筹融资的可持续性发展,推动中国电影产业投融资渠道的完善。本文共分五章,第一章"共享经济与众筹",阐述共享经济的概念、意义及众筹对共享经济在理念层面的拓展深化。第二章"电影众筹的发展现状",通过梳理众筹的发展脉络,分析众筹行业及电影众筹的发展现状。第三章"电影众筹的融资模式",分析奖励众筹与股权众筹两种电影众筹的主要融资模式,及众筹相较于传统电影融资模式的优势。第四章"电影众筹的局限及风险",结合实际案例分析电影众筹发展在融资规模、平台发展和行业整体运作机制等方面的局限,及在运作过程中面临的潜在风险。第五章"电影众筹发展策略研究",根据电影众筹现阶段的局限提出针对性的发展策略,并从推动立法、加强政府监管与行业自律、完善投资人保护机制和完善征信体系建设等方面对电影众筹风险予以控制,推动电影众筹的发展。
[Abstract]:In 2013, 100,000 bad jokes launched crowdfunding in "Roll call time" and became the first multi-fund film to be released in China, so crowdfunding became a hot topic for film investment and financing. By the summer of 2015, the box office of "return of the Holiness of the Journey to the West" (hereinafter referred to as "the return of the Great Sage"), which had introduced the crowd-funding model, had gone up all the way, and the preparation of the film had attracted attention. Since then, different from the traditional financing mode, the impact of crowdfunding on the film industry has become increasingly apparent. This paper theoretically studies the financing of the film crowdfunding, through combing the current situation of the development of the film crowdfunding, combined with other industry crowdfunding experience, put forward a targeted and constructive development strategy for the financing of the film crowdfunding. In order to promote the sustainable development of film financing, promote the improvement of Chinese film industry investment and financing channels. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter, "sharing economy and crowdfunding", expounds the concept of sharing economy, its significance and the expansion and deepening of sharing economy on the level of concept. Chapter two, "the present situation of film crowdfunding", analyzes the development status of crowdfunding industry and film crowdfunding industry through combing the development context of crowdfunding. The third chapter, "the financing mode of film crowdfunding", analyzes the two main financing modes of reward crowdfunding and shareholding crowdfunding, as well as the advantages of crowdfunding compared with the traditional mode of film financing. Chapter four, "the limitation and risk of film crowdfunding", analyzes the limitations of the development of film crowdfunding in the aspects of financing scale, platform development and the whole operation mechanism of the industry, and the potential risks in the process of operation. Chapter five, "Research on the Development Strategy of Film crowdfunding", puts forward targeted development strategies according to the limitations of the current stage of film crowdfunding, and promotes legislation, strengthens government supervision and industry self-discipline. Perfect investor protection mechanism and credit system construction to control the risk of film crowdfunding, promote the development of film crowdfunding.
