【摘要】：文化产业发展的历程并不是很久，但在经济实现跨越式发展的形势下，文化产业发展速度很快，中国的文化产业在此背景下也得到迅速发展。然而我们必须认识到，文化产业的发展仍处于初级阶段，表现较为突出的一点则是我国文化产业的集群发展水平较低。现阶段，大量学者在理论层面上对文化产业集群方面的一些问题进行研究，同时，很多国家和地区也提出采用文化产业集群的概念来指导文化产业的发展。将产业集群这种独特的产业组织形式融入文化产业的发展中，更加能够凸显文化产业强大的经济效益和市场前景，，对于推动区域整体经济的发展有重要作用。文化产业集群生成和发展的影响因素研究是文化产业集群研究的一个重要领域。本次研究是从国内外产业集群的相关理论入手，系统的对文化产业集群的相关内容进行了梳理和界定，旨在通过文献资料法、因子分析法、模型与实证相结合等方式方法探讨影响文化产业集群生成和发展的主要因素及其相互之间的作用关系，然后提出利于我国文化产业集群生成和发展的政策建议。主要有以下结论： 1、首先对产业集群和文化产业集群的相关理论进行阐述，然后系统的对文化产业集群的概念和影响因素进行了梳理和界定。 2、结合产业集群影响因素的相关理论，初步构建出文化产业集群生成和发展影响因素的体系模型，提炼出具体的影响因素并以此为依据，最终通过调查分析国内八个文化产业集群并对其进行SPSS19.0统计分析得出影响文化产业集群生成和发展的五个主要因素：社会经济因素、政府行为因素、创新环境因素、集群合作因素以及资本因素。 3、根据对五个影响因子的进一步分析，得出文化产业集群生成和发展影响因素的相互作用关系图并进行细致阐述。 4、针对文化产业集群生成和发展的影响因素分析及其不同的作用程度，提出了发展我国文化产业集群的政策建议。
[Abstract]:The course of the development of cultural industry is not long, but under the situation of economic development by leaps and bounds, the development of cultural industry is very fast, and the cultural industry of China has also been developed rapidly under this background. However, we must realize that the development of cultural industry is still in the primary stage. At present, a large number of scholars have studied some problems of cultural industry cluster on the theoretical level. At the same time, many countries and regions also put forward the concept of cultural industrial cluster to guide the development of cultural industry. The integration of industrial cluster, a unique form of industrial organization, into the development of cultural industry can highlight the strong economic benefits and market prospects of cultural industry and play an important role in promoting the development of regional economy as a whole. The research on the factors influencing the formation and development of cultural industrial clusters is an important field in the research of cultural industrial clusters. This research begins with the relevant theories of industrial cluster at home and abroad, and systematically combs and defines the relevant contents of cultural industrial cluster, aiming at the analysis of factors through the method of literature and data. This paper discusses the main factors influencing the formation and development of cultural industrial clusters and their interaction with each other, and then puts forward some policy suggestions conducive to the formation and development of cultural industrial clusters in China. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Firstly, the related theories of industrial cluster and cultural industrial cluster are expounded, and then the concept and influencing factors of cultural industrial cluster are systematically sorted out and defined. 2. Combining with the relevant theories of the influencing factors of industrial clusters, the system model of the factors influencing the formation and development of the cultural industrial clusters is preliminarily constructed, and the specific influencing factors are abstracted and based on them. Finally, through investigation and analysis of eight cultural industrial clusters in China and SPSS19.0 statistical analysis, five main factors influencing the formation and development of cultural industrial clusters are obtained: social and economic factors, government behavior factors, innovative environmental factors. Cluster cooperation factor and capital factor. 3. Based on the further analysis of the five influencing factors, the interaction diagram of the factors influencing the formation and development of the cultural industrial cluster is obtained and elaborated in detail. 4. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the formation and development of cultural industrial clusters and their different degrees of action, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions for the development of cultural industrial clusters in China.
