【摘要】：在我国电影放映市场的版图上，县域电影放映市场常为世人忽略，，也不为研究者所重视。这固然和县域电影放映市场的市场份额比重较小有关，但也与相关资料严重缺失有莫大关系。山东是经济大省，正在向经济文化强省迈进，其县域电影放映市场虽总量偏小，但正呈方兴未艾之势。在此背景下，研究县域电影放映市场的问题，一则可以为我国县域电影放映市场学术研究填补某些空白；二则可为实践中的山东县域电影放映市场发展提供一定镜鉴，做些许贡献。本文借鉴经济学、社会学、文化学、人类学等相关理论，以实地考察的资料为依据，并搜集相关材料，从历史与现实两角度对山东县域电影放映市场的发展进行研究。本文的研究方法包括调查研究法、文献研究法、比较研究法并特别引入SWOT分析法对山东省县域电影放映市场进行系统分析并提出对策。本文主要研究成果如下： 1．考察了山东县域电影放映市场历史：一是分析1980年代县域电影放映市场繁盛的主要原因是压抑的文化需求的释放；二是分析县域影院改制过程中面临的机遇和阻力；三是分析县域影院陷入历史困境的社会历史、文化环境、影院功能、财政、片源等方面的原因。 2．分析了山东县域电影放映市场现状。一是从市场发展背景、建设成果、经营现状三方面分析山东县域电影放映市场的建设现状；二是从院线制、电影文化与县域市场以及县域文化特征与电影市场三个方面考察山东县域电影放映市场发展的文化现状。 3．运用SWOT法分析山东县域电影放映市场发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁并得出结论。山东县域电影放映市场的发展优势在于其较高的城市化水平及其蕴藏的巨大市场潜力和人才优势；劣势则表现在城区相对分散，发展差异巨大，情况比较复杂以及市场意识缺乏，市场发展经验不足；全国农村公益放映计划与山东出台的相关政策，以及山东数字影院推广计划的实施和全方位的投资支持为市场发展提供了机遇；同时也存在来自横向和纵向的各方面竞争对县域市场的发展造成一定的威胁。山东县域电影放映市场的发展要发挥优势，克服劣势，抓住机遇，正视威胁，在此基础上探索一条可持续地健康发展道路。 4．探索山东县域电影放映市场发展策略。促进山东县域电影放映市场的健康发展需要明晰县域影院的经济定位，拓展县域影院的片源，采取灵活的定价机制，探索多样化的县域电影放映模式。
[Abstract]:In the territory of China's film screening market, the county film screening market is often ignored by the world, and not paid attention to by researchers. Although this is related to the relatively small market share of the county film screening market, it is also related to the serious lack of relevant materials. Shandong is a big economic province, it is striding forward to a strong economic and cultural province, its county film screening market is small, but it is in the ascendant trend. In this context, the study of the film screening market in the county area can fill some gaps in the academic research on the film screening market in the county area of our country, and can provide a certain mirror for the development of the film screening market in the county area of Shandong Province in practice. Make a little contribution. Based on the theories of economics, sociology, culture, anthropology and so on, this paper studies the development of Shandong county film screening market from the perspective of history and reality. The research methods of this paper include investigation method, literature research method, comparative research method and especially SWOT analysis method to analyze the county film screening market in Shandong province systematically and put forward the countermeasures. The main research results of this paper are as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of Shandong county film screening market by using SWOT method and draws a conclusion. To promote the healthy development of Shandong county film screening market, it is necessary to clarify the economic orientation of county cinema, to expand the film source of county cinema, to adopt flexible pricing mechanism, and to explore the diversified mode of county film projection.
