我国传媒产业集簇高端化发展研究

【摘要】:作为一种新的产业空间组织形式,产业集群对区域经济的繁荣做出巨大贡献。传媒产业集群,是关联性传媒企业和机构的集聚体,促进传媒产业集群发展,对于提高传媒产业的传播能力和竞争力具有重要意义。近年来,我国陆续出现了一些初级的传媒产业集群,,不过与西方发达国家较为成熟的高端化传媒簇群不同,我国所出现的传媒集群,还仅仅是企业的简单扎堆或只是初具产业集群的基本形态,并不能算作完全意义上的传媒集群。因此,需要促进我国传媒集群向高端化方向发展,这既是市场经济发展的需要,同时也是我国文化强国战略的需要。传媒产业集簇高端化发展是我国现代传媒体系构建的新型塑。 本文以“传媒产业集簇高端化发展”为研究主题,对传媒产业集簇高端化发展的概念、特征、机制等进行了详细阐释,对国外传媒产业高端簇群的成功实践经验进行了归纳和总结,进而提出了构建我国传媒产业集簇高端化发展的原则、目标、方向选择和培育方式。 本文的主要观点有:(一)传媒产业集簇高端化发展是传媒理论的新拓展。传媒产业集簇高端化发展更强调集群的创新性和各要素之间的互动性,具有高端竞合、高端互研和动态选择机制。(二)传媒产业集簇高端化发展是国际传媒发展的新趋势。纵观全球传媒产业的发展现状,美国、欧盟、日韩等发达国家的传媒集群都呈现出高端化发展趋势。(三)传媒产业集簇高端化发展是我国现代传媒体系构建的新型塑。促进我国传媒产业集簇高端化发展,不能盲目照搬西方模式,而是在遵循规律的基础上,借鉴西方经验,结合自身情况,寻找属于我们自己的培育方式。
[Abstract]:As a new form of industrial spatial organization, industrial clusters make great contributions to the prosperity of regional economy. The media industry cluster is the agglomeration of the related media enterprises and institutions and promotes the development of the media industry cluster. It is of great significance to improve the communication ability and competitiveness of the media industry. In recent years, there have been some primary media industry clusters in China, but different from the more mature high-end media clusters in the western developed countries, the media clusters in our country have emerged. It is also a simple cluster of enterprises or a basic form of industrial cluster, which can not be regarded as a media cluster in a complete sense. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the development of media cluster to the high-end direction, which is not only the need of the development of market economy, but also the need of the strategy of our country's cultural power. The development of mass media industry is a new type of modern media system in China. In this paper, the concept, characteristics and mechanism of the media industry cluster high-end development are explained in detail with the theme of "media industry cluster high-end development". This paper sums up and summarizes the successful practical experience of foreign media industry clusters, and then puts forward the principles, objectives, direction selection and cultivation methods for constructing the high-end development of media industry cluster in China. The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) the development of media industry cluster-high-end is a new development of media theory. The media industry cluster high-end development emphasizes the innovation of the cluster and the interaction among the various elements, with high-end competition, high-end mutual research and dynamic selection mechanism. (2) the development of mass media industry is a new trend of international media development. Throughout the global media industry development, the United States, the European Union, Japan and South Korea and other developed countries of the media clusters are showing a high-end development trend. (3) the development of mass media industry is a new type of modern media system in China. In order to promote the development of the media industry in our country, we should not blindly copy the western model, but on the basis of following the rules, drawing lessons from the western experience and combining with our own situation, we can find our own cultivation mode.
