山西文化产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：文化产业是社会发展到一定阶段必然出现的产物，是一种新型的朝阳产业。自20世纪50年代以来，文化产业在世界范围内获得了快速发展，尤以美国、英国、日本、韩国等国的文化产业发展最为突出，已对这些国家经济增长做出了杰出贡献，其他国家和地区也越来越重视文化产业的发展。中国文化产业发展起步晚，自改革开放以来和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善，特别是中共“十六大”和“十七大”对文化产业的大力推进，文化产业在中国快速发展。其中北京、上海、浙江、湖南等省文化产业发展势头强劲，作为中部省份之一的山西，文化产业的发展落后，处于中国文化产业发展水平的中下游。山西正处于产业结构战略转型时期，由文化资源大省转变为文化强省一直以来是山西的战略目标，发展文化产业成为山西转变经济增长方式的必然选择之一。如何促进山西文化产业尽早成为战略性支柱产业成为关键之处，文章从产业结构优化的角度来论述山西文化产业，遵从产业结构演进的一般规律，以结构优化来寻求促进山西文化产业大发展、大繁荣的有效措施。文章先从文化产业理论研究和区域产业结构优化研究综述中，探讨了关于文化产业结构优化的相关理论和分析方法，接着从行业结构、区域结构、所有制结构、就业结构概述了山西文化产业结构现状及存在的问题，接着阐述了山西优化文化产业结构的必要性及分析了如何优化山西文化产业结构。文中运用了因子分析法对山西文化产业的各个行业进行了排序，得出了山西重点发展的文化产业；运用聚类分析法分析了山西文化产业的区域结构，得出了山西文化产业各个区域发展存在严重不平衡格局。通过与国内外文化产业发展状况和结构特征的对比和山西文化产业结构现状的分析，提出了利用竞争优势条件，选取重点行业，布局文化产业特色区域，完善资本融资体系，制定相关政策措施，重视各层次人才培养等优化山西文化产业结构的对策措施。
[Abstract]:Cultural industry is the inevitable outcome of social development to a certain stage, is a new type of sunrise industry. Since the 1950s, the cultural industry has developed rapidly in the world, especially in the United States, Britain, Japan, South Korea and other countries, and has made outstanding contributions to the economic growth of these countries. Other countries and regions also pay more and more attention to the development of cultural industry. Since the reform and opening up and the gradual establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system, the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have vigorously promoted the cultural industry. The cultural industry is developing rapidly in China. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Hunan and other provinces have strong development momentum of cultural industry. As one of the central provinces, Shanxi is backward in the development of cultural industry and is in the middle and lower reaches of the level of development of Chinese cultural industry. Shanxi is in the period of strategic transformation of industrial structure. It has always been the strategic goal of Shanxi to change from a large province of cultural resources to a strong province of culture, and the development of cultural industry has become one of the inevitable choices of changing the mode of economic growth in Shanxi. How to promote Shanxi's cultural industry to become a strategic pillar industry as soon as possible is the key. This paper discusses Shanxi's cultural industry from the angle of industrial structure optimization and follows the general law of industrial structure evolution. The effective measures to promote the great development and prosperity of Shanxi's cultural industry are sought through structural optimization. This paper first discusses the relevant theories and analytical methods of the optimization of cultural industrial structure from the perspective of the theory of cultural industry and the optimization of regional industrial structure, and then discusses the industrial structure, regional structure and ownership structure. This paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of Shanxi's cultural industrial structure, then expounds the necessity of optimizing Shanxi's cultural industrial structure and analyzes how to optimize Shanxi's cultural industrial structure. In this paper, we use factor analysis method to sort out the various industries of Shanxi cultural industry, and get the key cultural industry of Shanxi, and use cluster analysis to analyze the regional structure of Shanxi cultural industry. The author draws a conclusion that there is a serious imbalance in the development of various regions of Shanxi's cultural industry. By comparing with the development and structure characteristics of cultural industry at home and abroad and analyzing the present situation of Shanxi's cultural industry structure, this paper puts forward that the key industries should be selected, the characteristic regions of cultural industry should be laid out, and the capital financing system should be perfected by using the competitive advantages. To formulate relevant policies and measures, pay attention to the cultivation of talents at all levels and other countermeasures to optimize Shanxi's cultural industrial structure.
