厦门M国有文化公司市场化运营研究

【摘要】:“十二五”期间,文化产业被列为“国民经济支柱性产业”,“十八大”五位一体的总布局又再一次把文化放在了重要的一面,文化产业的发展成了一种不可阻挡的潮流。 闽南文化是中华文化的一个支系,内涵丰富,如闽南建筑文化、宗教文化、闽南传统民间艺术等,这对于文化产业的发展有着基础性作用,但文化资源丰富并不是文化产业发展的决定性因素。合理开发和有效利用文化资源,促进文化产业正确发展和闽南文化得到传承才是发展闽南文化的必由之路。厦门处于闽南的中心地带,,在闽南文化发展和传承方面具有得天独厚的优势。厦门优越的文化产业发展环境必将带来激烈的市场竞争,本文分析案例对象厦门M国有文化公司作为厦门文化产业企业的代表,如何在竞争中找准位置、站稳脚跟、脱颖而出。 本文通过借鉴国内外文化产业企业发展研究成果及文化企业运营成功经验,分析厦门M国有文化公司转企改制、建立现代企业制度,以市场化运营方式促进企业快速发展,成为厦门城市旅游文化新名片的实践活动。并运用SWOT分析法分析厦门M国有文化公司充分利用区位、政策、环境优势快速让企业进入厦门文化产业“排头兵”角色,把握发展机遇;面对区域竞争激烈和企业发展障碍,企业通过创新发展模式,将文化与旅游、文化与演艺更紧密结合起来,实现经济效益和社会效益最大化,同时通过与行业链相关企业的通力合作,达到多方共赢的局面。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the cultural industry was listed as the "pillar industry of the national economy", and the overall layout of the "18th National Congress" put culture on the important side again, and the development of the cultural industry became an irresistible trend. Minnan culture is a branch of Chinese culture with rich connotations, such as Minnan architectural culture, religious culture, Minnan traditional folk art and so on. This plays a fundamental role in the development of cultural industry. But the rich cultural resources is not the decisive factor of the development of cultural industry. The only way to develop Minnan culture is to develop and utilize cultural resources rationally and to promote the correct development of cultural industry and the inheritance of Minnan culture. Xiamen is located in the center of Minnan and has unique advantages in the development and inheritance of Minnan culture. Xiamen's superior cultural industry development environment will bring fierce market competition. This paper analyzes the case of Xiamen M country Culture Company as the representative of Xiamen cultural industry enterprises, how to find the right position in the competition, stand firm and stand out. Based on the domestic and foreign cultural industry enterprise development research results and successful experience of cultural enterprises operation, this paper analyzes the transformation of cultural companies in Xiamen, the establishment of modern enterprise system, to promote the rapid development of enterprises in the way of market-oriented operation. Become Xiamen city tourist culture new business card practice activity. Using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzes how to make full use of the location, policy and environment advantages of Xiamen M State Culture Company to make enterprises enter the "vanguard" role of Xiamen cultural industry, grasp the development opportunity, face the fierce regional competition and the obstacles to the development of enterprises. By innovating the development mode, the enterprise combines culture and tourism, culture and performing arts more closely to maximize the economic and social benefits, and through the cooperation with related enterprises in the industry chain to achieve a win-win situation.
