大庆岱博文化传播有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:十八届三中全会以来,随着文化产业政策扶持力度的不断加大,文化传播行业迎来了发展契机。尤其是互联网技术的快速发展,社交网络和移动网络相结合的新媒体时代的到来,促使传统文化传播行业发生重大变革。大庆岱博文化传播有限公司作为传统文化传播行业的一员,在这样的大背景下,在未来的发展方向上面临着重大挑战和机遇。因此,需要综合分析公司内部、外部环境,整合资源优势,扬长避短,及时调整公司的发展战略以达到适应新环境的目的。本文归纳和整理了企业发展战略的相关理论,应用PEST分析法和波特五力分析法对大庆岱博文化传播有限公司的外部环境进行综合分析,同时根据对岱博公司的实际调研,对该公司的现状和内部环境进行充分探讨。在上述基础上,应用SWOT分析法,选定了适合大庆岱博公司的发展战略——即增长型发展战略为主,多战略为辅的发展战略。通过对公司的进一步分析,从时间和实现目标的角度将公司的发展战略分为三个阶段,即稳定扩张阶段、转型发展阶段和创新发展阶段,同时确立了公司的具体发展战略实施方案,实施稳步增长主营业务收入、打造咨询式广告代理平台、做好三辅一主的发展模式、建立专业新媒体技术攻关团队以及打造“小巨星”品牌的发展规划。
[Abstract]:Since the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, with the increasing policy support of cultural industry, cultural communication industry ushered in a development opportunity. Especially with the rapid development of Internet technology and the arrival of the new media era of social network and mobile network, the traditional culture communication industry has undergone great changes. As a member of traditional culture communication industry, Daqing Daibo Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. is facing great challenges and opportunities in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the internal and external environment of the company, integrate the advantages of resources, take advantage of the advantages and avoid the weaknesses, and adjust the development strategy of the company in time to meet the purpose of adapting to the new environment. This paper summarizes and arranges the relevant theories of the enterprise development strategy, applies the PEST analysis method and the Porter five forces analysis method to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the outside environment of Daqing Daibo Culture Communication Co., Ltd., meanwhile, according to the actual investigation of the Daibo Company, The current situation and internal environment of the company are fully discussed. On the basis of the above, the development strategy suitable for Daqing Daibo Company is selected by using SWOT analysis method, that is, the growth strategy is the main development strategy, and the multi-strategy is the auxiliary development strategy. Through the further analysis of the company, the development strategy of the company is divided into three stages from the point of view of time and achieving the goal, namely, the stable expansion stage, the transition development stage and the innovation development stage. At the same time, it has established the specific development strategy implementation plan of the company, implemented the steady growth of the main business income, created the consulting advertising agency platform, and done a good job of the development model of "three auxiliary and one master". Establish a professional new media technology team and create a "small superstar" brand development plan.
