“LOFT”文化创意产业发展模式对城市旧厂区再生的促进作用研究

【摘要】:文化创意产业是近些年快速兴起并迅猛发展的新型服务业,以其强大的发展潜力,正在成长为各大城市的经济新引擎。随着对文化创意产业被日益重视,各国纷纷出台相关促进政策,并积极探索有效的发展途经和模式。与此同时,因城市产业结构不断转型升级导致大批的传统产业和工业企业或倒闭或搬迁至城市外围,遗留下了大量的旧厂房。除去拆除之外,这些废旧厂房中还有一些保留完好的,有一定历史、文化和艺术价值的,需要被更好的保护和再利用。如何发掘这一类废旧厂房的潜在价值呢?LOFT文化创意发展模式发挥出了独到的作用和价值。 鉴于此,本文以LOFT文化创意产业发展模式为切入点,研究其对老工业基地旧厂房再生的促进作用。文中首先对相关的概念进行明确界定,并引入需求层次理论、有机更新理论、可持续发展理论和共生理论等作为理论基础。其次,以经济资源、历史文化、社会认知和制度保障四个因子为基础,从促进经济增长、增强社会活力、延续城市文脉、美化景观空间和塑造城市品牌等五个维度进行分析,阐述LOFT文化创意产业发展模式对旧厂区再生的促进作用机理。再次,选取西部首家LOFT文化创意产业园红星路35号进行案例分析,理论结合实际的论证了LOFT发展模式对旧厂区的再生作用,突出该模式重要的实践性意义。最后,遵循LOFT文化创意产业发展历经的初期改造、平台打造、内部管理及品牌推广四个阶段,提出具有针对性的政策建议,以期为利用LOFT文化创意产业发展模式更好促进成都老工业基地旧厂房的改造再生提供参考。
[Abstract]:Cultural and creative industry is a new type of service industry which is rising rapidly and developing rapidly in recent years. With its strong development potential, it is growing into a new economic engine of major cities. With the increasing attention to the cultural and creative industries, various countries have issued relevant promotion policies and actively explored effective ways and models of development. At the same time, due to the continuous transformation and upgrading of the urban industrial structure, a large number of traditional industries and industrial enterprises have closed down or moved to the outskirts of the city, leaving a large number of old factories. In addition to demolition, there are still some intact, historical, cultural and artistic values that need to be better protected and reused. How to explore the potential value of this kind of waste factory building? loft culture creative development model has played a unique role and value. In view of this, this article takes the LOFT culture creative industry development pattern as the breakthrough point, studies its promotion function to the old industrial base old factory building regeneration. Firstly, the related concepts are clearly defined, and the theory of hierarchy of demand, organic renewal theory, sustainable development theory and symbiosis theory are introduced as the theoretical basis. Secondly, based on the four factors of economic resources, history and culture, social cognition and system guarantee, this paper analyzes the five dimensions of promoting economic growth, enhancing social vitality, continuing urban context, beautifying landscape space and shaping city brand. This paper expounds the mechanism of promoting the regeneration of the old factory area by the development mode of LOFT culture and creative industry. Thirdly, the paper selects 35 Hongxing Road, the first LOFT cultural and creative industry park in western China, as a case study, and demonstrates the regenerative effect of LOFT development model on the old factory district, highlighting the important practical significance of this model. Finally, following the four stages of LOFT cultural creative industry development through the initial transformation, platform building, internal management and brand promotion, put forward targeted policy recommendations, In order to use the LOFT cultural creative industry development model to better promote the old industrial base Chengdu old plant transformation and regeneration to provide a reference.
