国外文化产业技术创新的发展及对我国的启示

【摘要】：文化产业技术创新能力较强的国家已经形成了基础研究、专业技术、产业技术体系化发展的格局,并在支撑发展的对策方面达成了一定的共识:即以创意作为文化产业技术创新的灵魂,进而重新评估设计对于文化产业科技创新的价值;以具有比较优势的本土文化创意作为发展文化产业链的基础;以适宜灵活的政策作为文化科技发展的保证。这启示我们应该考虑从国家、产业和产品三个层面同步努力实现文化产业技术创新的突破。
[Abstract]:Countries with strong technological innovation capabilities in cultural industries have formed a pattern of systematized development of basic research, professional technology, and industrial technology. And in support of the development of countermeasures reached a certain consensus: namely, creative as the soul of technological innovation of cultural industry, and then re-evaluate the value of the design for cultural industry scientific and technological innovation; Taking the local cultural creativity with comparative advantage as the foundation of developing the cultural industry chain and taking the appropriate flexible policy as the guarantee for the development of cultural science and technology. This enlightens us that we should make simultaneous efforts to realize the breakthrough of technological innovation of cultural industry from three levels of country, industry and product.
