新疆民族文化资源与文化创意产业发展模式研究

【摘要】:20世纪90年代后期,即使是世界层面,也没有几个国家能够对这个问题保持清醒的意识,那就是在当代的信息社会里,文化资源和文化产品形式的创意能力掌握着一个国家经济和社会的命运。国家尚且如此,那就更少有个体能意识到文化创意产业给国家发展带来的重大意义了。 应该说,文化创意产业是一门研究范围比较广泛的领域,在对当前文化创意产业的研究和实践中,人们的一个共同的疑惑是,我们已经有了文化产业这个较为完整的理论体系和特有的研究对象,为什么还要提出文化创意产业的概念,使人们的理解产生众多歧义,出现偏差呢?实际上,文化创意产业是创新的更高形式,,是相对传统文化产业从初级阶段发展到一个新阶段的产物,也是文化产业内调整升级和产业管理突破原有边界的必然成果。正是新业态的不断产生,产业重心的转移,产业交融的需求强劲,工业结构管理的跨越,突破原有的文化观念的“外壳”,呼唤新的产业概念的诞生。 本文主要以新疆的文化创意产业发展为研究对象,立足于新疆区情,吸收和借鉴了民族文化、文化创意产业的相关理论,通过系统的方法,力求对新疆民族文化资源的传承、涵养和发展与文化创意产业发展模式展开更为全面、深入的研究。新疆独具特色的地缘位置、自然景观和世居的13个特有的少数民族,使新疆拥有丰富的文化土壤,多元的文化元素,滋养了绚丽多彩、不可复制的自然和人文。很多跨境而居的少数民族其与周边国家几乎无障碍的语言文化、生活习俗,又为新疆文化创意产业发展提供了其他地方所不具备的先天市场优势。从新疆文化创意产业发展模式的角度来研究,重点主要集中在对民族文化资源开发利用现状的分析,使之初步了解新疆发展文化创意产业的优势;其次解析文化创意产业如何合理开发利用民族文化资源来提高民族地区的竞争力,期冀可以探索出一条适合新疆文化创意产业发展的模式,,借此将新疆的民族文化资源优势转化为经济优势,转化为发展文化创意产业的有力条件,使新疆的经济能够得到一个跨越式的发展。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990s, even at the world level, few countries were able to remain soberly aware of the problem, that is, in the modern information society, The creative ability of cultural resources and forms of cultural products controls the fate of a country's economy and society. Even so, few people realize the significance of cultural and creative industries to the development of the country. It should be said that the cultural creative industry is a relatively wide range of research fields. In the research and practice of the current cultural and creative industries, a common doubt among people is that, We already have the cultural industry this relatively complete theory system and the special research object, why put forward the cultural creative industry concept, causes the people's understanding to produce the numerous ambiguity, appears the deviation? In fact, the cultural creative industry is a higher form of innovation, a result of the development from the primary stage to a new stage of the traditional cultural industry, and an inevitable result of the adjustment and upgrading of the cultural industry and the breakthrough of the original boundary of industrial management. It is the continuous emergence of new industrial form, the shift of industrial center of gravity, the strong demand of industry blending, the leapfrogging of industrial structure management, the breakthrough of the "shell" of the original cultural concept, and the call for the birth of new industrial concept. This article mainly takes Xinjiang's cultural creative industry development as the research object, based on the Xinjiang regional situation, absorbs and draws lessons from the national culture, the cultural creative industry related theory, through the systematic method, strives to inherit the Xinjiang national culture resources. Conservation and development and cultural and creative industry development model to carry out a more comprehensive, in-depth research. Xinjiang's unique geographical location, natural landscape and 13 unique ethnic minorities make Xinjiang have rich cultural soil, multiple cultural elements, nourish colorful, non-replicable nature and humanities. Many ethnic minorities living across the border, whose language, culture and living customs are almost accessible to their neighboring countries, have provided Xinjiang with innate market advantages that other places do not have for the development of cultural and creative industries in Xinjiang. From the perspective of the development model of cultural and creative industries in Xinjiang, the focus is on the analysis of the current situation of the development and utilization of national cultural resources, so as to make it understand the advantages of developing cultural and creative industries in Xinjiang. Secondly, it analyzes how to develop and utilize the national cultural resources reasonably to improve the competitiveness of ethnic regions, hoping to explore a suitable model for the development of cultural creative industries in Xinjiang. In this way, the advantages of Xinjiang's national cultural resources can be transformed into economic advantages and the conditions for the development of cultural and creative industries, so that Xinjiang's economy can be developed by leaps and bounds.
