完片担保中国化的障碍分析与模式选择

【摘要】：本文在总结完片担保中国化的必要性的同时,从融资环境、组织条件、金融条件和人才条件四个角度系统分析了当前其面临的障碍,在此基础上,从可行性角度,提出完片协议、完片监管和完片担保模式是完片担保中国化不同阶段的三种模式选择,应依据电影市场环境的成熟情况逐级发展。
