中国文化产业链升级研究

【摘要】:尽管近年来中国文化产业得到了迅速发展,,文化产业链不断完善,但从总体上看,中国文化产业链仍以低技术低附加值的生产方式为主,具体表现为链条短小、结构单一、辐射面窄,这一状况已严重阻碍了中国文化产业转型升级和快速发展。本文以中国文化产业链升级为研究目标,分析了中国文化产业链的发展现状和升级困境,探讨了中国文化产业链升级的外部条件与内部动力,探寻了推动中国文化产业链升级的根本动力,构建了中国文化产业链升级的具体路径。通过研究,本文认为政策支持、市场需求、技术进步为中国文化产业链升级提供了良好的生态环境,而资源内生力、文化凝聚力、知识生命力为中国文化产业链升级提供了强大的力量支撑。内容创意作为文化产品生产的首要环节,是文化产业链“核心中的核心”。一方面内容创意为文化产业发展提供了丰富的资源,另一方面内容创意将分散的文化资源凝聚起来形成更为强大的合力,并且产生巨大的知识效益和创造巨大的财富价值。虽然促进中国文化产业链升级的影响因素很多,但内容创意的特征决定了其必然成为推动中国文化产业链升级最为根本的动力。推动文化产业链优化升级,实现文化产业可持续发展,应从内容创意开发入手,一方面积极营造内容创意氛围,培养内容创意人才,加大内容创意资金投入,另一方面加快构建内容创意保障体系,完善内容创意制度环境,健全内容创意产权保护。而且实现文化产业供应链合理化、文化产业知识链高级化以及文化产业价值链延伸化,是推动中国文化产业链升级的三条主要路径,其中实现中国文化产业供应链合理化,必须依托内容创意来完善产品品质,实现产销对接,并形成产业集群;实现中国文化产业知识链高级化,必须依托内容创意组建知识联盟,促进知识共享,从而推动自主创新;而实现中国文化产业价值链延伸化,则必须依托内容创意来增加创值主体,拓展盈利模式,并提高产业附加值。这样在“三链”协同下,中国文化产业链将实现由高耗低效的低技术水平、低附加值运作模式向低耗高效的高技术水平、高附加值运作模式的转型升级,并最终推动中国文化产业健康快速发展。
[Abstract]:Despite the rapid development of Chinese cultural industry in recent years and the continuous improvement of the cultural industrial chain, generally speaking, the Chinese cultural industrial chain is still dominated by low-technology and low-value-added mode of production, which is manifested in its short chain and single structure. Narrow radiation, this situation has seriously hindered the transformation and rapid development of China's cultural industry. With the upgrading of China's cultural industry chain as the research goal, this paper analyzes the current situation and the dilemma of the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain, and probes into the external conditions and internal power of the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain. This paper explores the basic motive force to promote the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain, and constructs the specific path of the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain. Through the research, this paper holds that policy support, market demand and technological progress provide a good ecological environment for the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain, while the resources are endogenous and cultural cohesion. Knowledge vitality provides a powerful support for the upgrading of Chinese cultural industry chain. As the primary link of cultural product production, content creativity is the core of cultural industry chain. On the one hand, the content creativity provides rich resources for the development of cultural industry, on the other hand, the content creativity condenses the scattered cultural resources to form a stronger force, and produces enormous knowledge benefit and create enormous wealth value. Although there are many influencing factors to promote the upgrading of China's cultural industrial chain, the characteristics of content creativity determine that it must become the most fundamental driving force to promote the upgrading of Chinese cultural industrial chain. To promote the optimization and upgrading of the cultural industry chain and realize the sustainable development of the cultural industry, we should start with the content creative development, on the one hand, actively create the content creative atmosphere, train the content creative talents, and increase the investment of the content creative funds. On the other hand, we should accelerate the construction of the content creative security system, perfect the content creative system environment and perfect the content creative property right protection. Moreover, the rationalization of the cultural industry supply chain, the upgrading of the cultural industry knowledge chain and the extension of the cultural industry value chain are the three main ways to promote the upgrading of the Chinese cultural industry chain, among which the rationalization of the Chinese cultural industry supply chain is realized. Must rely on the content creativity to perfect the product quality, realizes the production and marketing docking, and forms the industrial cluster, realizes the Chinese cultural industry knowledge chain high level, must rely on the content creativity to form the knowledge alliance, promotes the knowledge sharing, thus promotes the independent innovation; To realize the value chain extension of Chinese cultural industry, it is necessary to increase the value creation subject, expand the profit model, and increase the added value of the industry by relying on the content creativity. In this way, under the cooperation of "three chains", China's cultural industry chain will realize the transformation and upgrading from a high consumption and low efficiency low technology level, a low value-added operation mode to a low consumption and efficient high technology level, and a high value-added operation mode. And finally promote the healthy and rapid development of Chinese cultural industry.
