媒介视域下我国跨境经济合作区法律研究述评与理论建构

【摘要】：跨境经济合作区是一种特殊的、有着许多优势的国际经济合作新形式,开拓了区域经济一体化在边境地区发展的新路径。目前,我国跨境经济合作区法律研究主要通过各类期刊、报纸以及网络等传媒工具进行共享和交流。以中国知网所有媒体数据库为平台,检索并整合跨境经济合作区的相关新闻报道及法律研究成果,通过定量分析对跨境经济合作区法律研究进行梳理和述评,进而通过定性分析探讨跨境经济合作区法律研究的理论建构。
[Abstract]:Cross-border economic cooperation zone is a special new form of international economic cooperation with many advantages, which opens up a new path of regional economic integration in border areas. At present, the legal research of cross-border economic cooperation zone in our country is mainly shared and exchanged through various media tools such as periodicals, newspapers and internet. On the platform of all the media databases of China knowledge Network, the relevant news reports and legal research results of the cross-border economic cooperation zone are retrieved and integrated, and the legal research of the cross-border economic cooperation zone is combed and commented through quantitative analysis. Then through qualitative analysis to explore the theoretical construction of cross-border economic cooperation zone legal research.
