我国文化产业保险发展研究

【摘要】：目前，我国的文化产业产值占我国整体GDP的比重还远远不及国外发达国家水平，还处于较初级水平，有很广泛的发展空间，而且我国文化产业近年来由于国家重视发展迅速，净产值增幅逐年增加，发展势头强劲，但是在迅速发展的同时也暴露出一些问题和缺点，这些都成为限制我国文化产业发展的瓶颈难题，使得国家政府、文化企业以及保险产业积极采取措施解决问题，完善文化产业保险体系建设，促进文化产业更快更好地发展。在文化产业发展瓶颈问题中，，风险难于防控，没有相应措施，融资难度大等占比大的问题就可以通过文化产业保险来解决。本文就以文化产业保险的国内外情况的数据、类别、发展程度的比较，找出我国发展文化产业保险的不足和短板，吸取国外文化产业保险的先进经验和成果，以加快我国文化产业保险体系的发展。本文基于以上分析的这些问题针对性的给予解决建议和意见，从宏观和微观两个层面分析总结有效举措，理论上从问题提出到问题分析再到建议举措都有所创新，能够为以后的理论分析提供良好的基础。本文一共分为六个部分：首先介绍文化产业的定义以及我国文化产业的发展现状，然后分析我国文化产业的发展瓶颈和风险状况，随后举例说明我国文化产业保险发展现状，国家试点保险公司、试点保险险种等，再分析发展文化产业保险的可行性与必要性，之后针对文化产业保险发展的瓶颈问题进行分析整理，最后针对这些难题从微观和宏观两个方面分别进行对策分析，提出我国发展文化产业保险的相应意见。
[Abstract]:At present, the proportion of China's cultural industry output value to the overall GDP of our country is far less than that of the developed countries, and it is still at the primary level, and there is a wide range of space for development. In recent years, the cultural industry of our country has been developing rapidly because of the attention of the state. The increase of net output value is increasing year by year, and the development momentum is strong, but at the same time, it also exposes some problems and shortcomings, which have become the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of cultural industry in our country, and makes the national government. Cultural enterprises and insurance industry actively take measures to solve the problem, improve the construction of cultural industry insurance system, and promote the cultural industry to develop faster and better. In the bottleneck problem of the development of cultural industry, it is difficult to prevent and control the risk, without corresponding measures, the financing difficulty is large and so on, the problem can be solved through the cultural industry insurance. Based on the comparison of the domestic and foreign situation of the cultural industry insurance, this paper finds out the deficiency and shortage of the cultural industry insurance in our country, and draws on the advanced experience and achievement of the foreign culture industry insurance. In order to accelerate the development of China's cultural industry insurance system. Based on the above analysis, this paper gives some suggestions and suggestions to solve these problems, analyzes and summarizes the effective measures from the macro and micro levels. Theoretically, it is innovative from the problem to the problem analysis and then to the suggestion. It can provide a good foundation for the theoretical analysis in the future. This paper is divided into six parts: firstly, it introduces the definition of cultural industry and the present situation of the development of cultural industry in China, then analyzes the bottleneck and risk situation of the development of cultural industry in China, and then illustrates the current situation of the development of cultural industry insurance in China with examples. The feasibility and necessity of developing the cultural industry insurance are analyzed again by the national pilot insurance company and the pilot insurance, and the bottleneck problems of the development of the cultural industry insurance are analyzed and sorted out. Finally, this paper analyzes the countermeasures of these problems from the micro and macro aspects, and puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the development of cultural industry insurance in China.
