浙报理想公司的区块布局研究

【摘要】：随着全球高新技术的发展,以及产业机构进一步地调整和持续优化,文化产业已经成为现代经济中最具潜能和活力的产业,并逐渐成为全球经济中的新兴支柱产业之一。当前,我国文化产业占到国内经济的比例也在日益增大,在沿海经济发达地区,尤其是在一些大城市的发展更是突出,且已成为某些地区发展和地区经济发展的新增长点。浙江省是一个文化和科技资源丰富的大省,他拥有丰富的历史传承和深厚的文化底蕴,以及多彩的民俗风情。虽然浙江省的文化产业在发展道路上占据了包括政策、资金、人才等各种方面的优势,但是作为文化产业的落脚点,浙江省的各大文化创意产业园区在区块布局方面存在一些问题,导致园区发展目前还不是很突出,文化产业创意园区发展潜力尚没有得到充分的发掘和对国外优秀文化创意园区进行借鉴。 在本课题的研究过程中,笔者使用了多种研究方法,运用文献法、观察法、访谈法、个案研究法、经验总结法和归纳法。笔者综合运用这些方法对于本课题进行研究,主要内容和结论如下： 首先,笔者对于课题研究的一些实际情况进行说明,主要包含有本文研究的背景、问题的提出、研究的目的和意义,以及对研究方法、技术路线和创新点进行概括总结。其次,笔者对课题研究相关文献和理论进行概念总结,主要包含有文化创意产业园区的概念、园区产生背景及发展历程、北京DRC的中心城区布局模式、曲阜文化产业园的三孔大中轴线布局模式、运河天地文化创意产业园的“生活圈布局”模式,并对这些典型区块布局模式进行分析和比较。其三,笔者对浙报理想公司的区块布局进行分析,主要从浙报理想公司目前现有园区的区块布局分析入手,提出公司旗下园区区块布局上存在的问题,并对这些问题的成因进行分析。其四,提出优化浙报理想公司旗下园区区块布局的整体方案,并就区块布局需要遵循的原则和需要考虑的因素进行分析,从而提出构建合理区块布局的整体方案。其五,笔者对浙报理想公司的区块布局提出实施优化方案的相关举措与建议。最后,笔者对本文进行总结。
[Abstract]:With the development of global high and new technology, as well as the further adjustment and continuous optimization of industrial institutions, cultural industry has become the most potential and dynamic industry in the modern economy, and has gradually become one of the new pillar industries in the global economy. At present, the proportion of cultural industry in the domestic economy is increasing day by day, especially in the developed coastal areas, especially in some large cities, and has become a new growth point for the development of some regions and regional economy. Zhejiang Province is a large province with rich cultural and scientific resources. It has rich historical heritage, profound cultural heritage, and colorful folk customs. Although the cultural industry in Zhejiang Province has occupied the advantages of policies, funds, talents and other aspects of its development, it is the foothold of the cultural industry. There are some problems in the distribution of blocks in the major cultural and creative industrial parks in Zhejiang Province, resulting in the development of the parks not yet outstanding. The development potential of cultural industry and creative park has not been fully explored and used for reference to foreign excellent cultural and creative park. In the course of the research, the author uses many methods, such as literature method, observation method, interview method, case study method, experience summary method and induction method. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: first of all, the author explains some of the actual situation of the research, mainly includes the background of this study, the question raised, The purpose and significance of the research, as well as the research methods, technical routes and innovation points are summarized. Secondly, the author summarizes the related literatures and theories, including the concept of cultural and creative industry park, the background and development of the park, and the central urban layout model of Beijing DRC. The "life circle layout" model of Qufu Cultural Industrial Park and the "Life Circle layout" of the Canal World Cultural and Creative Industrial Park are analyzed and compared. Thirdly, the author analyzes the block layout of Zhejiang newspaper ideal Company, mainly starts with the analysis of the current block layout of Zhejiang newspaper ideal Company, and points out the problems existing in the block layout of the company's campus. And the causes of these problems are analyzed. Fourthly, the paper puts forward the overall plan of optimizing the block layout of the park under the ideal company of Zhejiang newspaper, and analyzes the principles and factors that need to be considered in the block layout, so as to put forward the overall plan of constructing the reasonable block layout. Fifth, the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to optimize the block layout of Zhejiang newspaper ideal Company. Finally, the author summarizes this paper.
