论民族精神与文化产业建设

【摘要】:进入21世纪,文化产业在全球范围内蓬勃发展,为各国赢得了巨大的经济效益。近年来,我国的文化产业迅猛发展,在国民经济中日渐占据重要地位。与此同时,我国文化产业发展中也出现了诸多问题。具体表现在文化产业片面追求经济效益,弱化了文化性,文化产品盲目追求形式上的标新立异,却忽略了对文化内涵的建构,生产上缺乏有效的创意机制,大批量地复制加工,造成文化产品内容上的雷同与空洞。论文针对上述现象,将弘扬民族精神与文化产业建设相结合,深入讨论民族精神贯注到文化产业建设中的可能性。希望借助民族精神贯注,一方面使彰显中华精神的民族文化成为文化产业建设的动力源泉,为文化产业建设创新发展提供丰富的资源基础,另一方面以民族精神的丰富内容来重构文化产业的文化内涵,实现文化产业经济与文化效益的双赢。论文分为五个部分。 导论。民族精神是民族成员在实践中基于特定的物质生存方式而形成的精神力量。它反映民族成员深层心理,,以核心价值观引导和规范民族成员行为。它以本民族的优秀文化为基础,以一种民族自豪感为内在表现形式,在民族的关键时刻以一种强大的凝聚力释放出来,成为民族成员重要的精神支柱和情感标识。在文化产业发展中弘扬民族精神具有重要的现实意义。 一、文化产业的文化属性与民族精神弘扬。文化产业与其他产业不同。文化产业具有商业与文化的双重属性。文化产业立足于商业属性,通过生产、分配、流通等一般流程获得可观的经济效益。同时文化产业立足于文化属性,文化成为其发展的根本内容与提升文化产品品质的保证。民族精神是民族文化的灵魂,弘扬民族精神在展现文化差异、催生文化自觉中发挥着重要作用。因此弘扬民族精神与文化产业建设构成了相互影响、相互促进的关系,一方面弘扬民族精神为文化产业建设注入新的活力,另一方面,文化产业发展成为民族精神弘扬的重要载体。 二、民族精神的结构生成性与文化产业多层面建构。民族精神有着多层次的结构,具体表现为富有特色的物质生存方式、情感归属下的身份认同以及道德规范支撑下的核心价值观。民族特有的生存方式为文化产业发展提供宝贵而又丰富的资源,推动了我国影视产业、旅游产业的发展,同时也成为我国文化艺术创作的源泉。从情感归属中生发出的民族身份自豪感为我国文化产业建设坚定了信念,增强了信心,同时也使得文化产品更富有中华民族的个性特色。以道德规范支撑下的核心价值观规范着文化产业建设,并以自立、自强的核心理念成为文化产业在国际舞台上的强大支柱。 三、民族精神的历史生成性与文化产业建设的国际性张力。民族精神具有历史生成性。具体表现为:第一,民族精神有自身独特的历史起源,并在发展过程中不同民族之间存在着特定性与差异性,第二,民族精神不是一成不变的,它会随时代发展而不断完善与创新,与时代发展同声相求。经济的全球化对于文化产业建设与弘扬民族精神而言,既是机遇又是挑战。一方面,全球化实现了中国文化输出,带动了文化产业走向世界。另一方面,全球化时代,各国间文化自由输出,使得中国文化安全陷入危机。因此,我国应该在文化产业建设与发展中大力弘扬民族精神,在国际化背景下树立中国的文化大国、文化强国形象。 结语。在全球化的背景下,我们发展文化产业,必须要坚持弘扬民族精神,传承民族文化。一方面以独立的姿态展示中国文化,以特有的民族精神展现中华民族的精神风貌,积极寻找中国文化和民族精神中独具魅力的因素,并以此为底蕴,获得与其他民族平等对话的能力,实现中华民族文化的伟大复兴,以鲜明、自信的形象屹立于世界民族之林。另一方面,我国的文化产业发展也应该更加自觉地承担起传承民族优秀文化、弘扬中华民族精神的责任,使文化产业发展有意识地承担起提高国家文化软实力,维护国家文化安全的责任,将贯注民族精神的民族文化加以包装向世界宣传,借全球化的机遇和文化产业发展的强劲势头将一个更强大的文化中国、文化大国展现在世人面前。
