提升文化产品质量的政府责任

【摘要】:文化是一个国家和民族的身份标识,是综合国力竞争的重要支撑,是民族创造力与凝聚力的重要来源,它代表着国家的软实力,是国家和民族的灵魂。随着科技的进步,经济的发展,文化产业作为文化发展的核心支柱在国家竞争中的地位越来越重要。文化产品作为文化产业的产业成果,是文化产业的核心代表,能够反映文化产业的发展现状,能够满足人民群众的精神需求,在政府的引导下提升文化产品质量有利于发展文化产业,保障居民文化生活水平与居民精神品质;有利于增强文化创新力和凝聚力以确保文化品质与文化自觉性;有利于促进民族认同感与自豪感,,维护国家与民族文化安全等。简而言之,在政府的引导下提高文化产品的质量,是建设发展文化产业的关键,是丰富人民群众精神生活的根本,是构建和谐社会的基石;本文的研究目的在于通过对文化产品质量概念的界定与研究,在分析国内外学者对文化产品相关研究的基础上,拟从政府责任出发,结合其他影响文化产品质量的相关因素,运用一定的研究方法,对提升文化产品质量的对策和路径进行探讨。 首先,本文根据国内外学者对文化产品及政府责任的相关研究成果进行了综述,并阐述了文化产品质量与政府责任的相关基本理论和概念,表明了政府引导下提升文化产品质量的必要性。 其次,本文对当前文化产品在我国文化市场及国际市场的发展现状进行了分析,指明了当前文化产品质量出现的一些问题。 最后,本文从根本保障、重要前提、积极举措和关键环节四个方面对如何提升文化产品质量提出切实有效的对策,从而为全面建设和谐社会、加快社会主义现代化发展做出新的贡献。
[Abstract]:Culture is the identity of a country and a nation, an important support for the competition of comprehensive national strength, an important source of national creativity and cohesion, representing the soft power of a country and the soul of a country and a nation. With the progress of science and technology and the development of economy, cultural industry, as the core pillar of cultural development, plays an increasingly important role in national competition. As the industrial achievements of the cultural industry, cultural products are the core representatives of the cultural industry. They can reflect the current situation of the development of the cultural industry and meet the spiritual needs of the people. Improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government is conducive to the development of cultural industries and the protection of the level of cultural life and the spiritual quality of residents; It is beneficial to strengthen cultural innovation and cohesion to ensure cultural quality and cultural consciousness, to promote national identity and pride, to maintain national and national cultural security, and so on. In short, improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government is the key to the construction and development of cultural industry, the foundation of enriching the people's spiritual life, and the foundation stone of building a harmonious society. The purpose of this paper is to define and study the concept of cultural product quality, on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on cultural product, and to combine other relevant factors that affect the quality of cultural product from the perspective of government responsibility. Using certain research methods, this paper probes into the countermeasures and ways to improve the quality of cultural products. First of all, according to the domestic and foreign scholars to the cultural product and the government responsibility related research result has carried on the summary, and elaborated the cultural product quality and the government responsibility correlation basic theory and the concept. It shows the necessity of improving the quality of cultural products under the guidance of the government. Secondly, this paper analyzes the current development of cultural products in China's cultural market and international market, and points out some problems in the quality of current cultural products. Finally, this paper puts forward practical and effective countermeasures on how to improve the quality of cultural products from four aspects: fundamental guarantee, important premise, positive measures and key links, so as to build a harmonious society in an all-round way. We will make new contributions to accelerating the development of socialist modernization.
