长沙市文化产业发展问题研究

【摘要】：文化产业竞争力越来越成为一国核心竞争力的重要组成部分。长沙市文化产业作为整个湖南省文化产业发展的一个缩影,其发展机理和实践都有着典型意义。选取长沙市文化产业的发展问题进行研究,有助于贯彻省委、省政府的“发展文化经济,建设文化大省”、“发展文化产业,建设文化强省”的正确决策,从而使对该问题的研究具有较强的现实意义。笔者在文化产业发展理论的基础上,首先对文化产业的概念和类型、功能和特性、条件和环境以及发展模式进行剖析,然后运用模糊综合分析法(F-AHP)对文化产业绩进行效评价,接着以长沙市文化产业为例进行了综合分析。其次,笔者运用SWOT分析方法,从宏观环境上和中观层面对长沙市的文化产业进行优势和劣势分析,并指出长沙经济发展面临的机遇和挑战,分析长沙文化产业发展的现状。紧接着以韩国、日本和美国为例,分析了国外文化产业发展经验及对长沙市文化产业发展的启示。最后,笔者从文化产业发展规划与布局、发展观念与环境、公共投入与市场进程、技术研发与产业链价值、发展方式与发展效益、对外文化交流合作与文化产业水平等方面提出了长沙市文化产业发展的对策和建议。在全文中,笔者遵循目的性原则、整体性原则和最优化原则,运用定性与定量分析相结合、比较分析、案例分析等方法。
[Abstract]:The competitiveness of cultural industry has become an important part of a country's core competitiveness. As a microcosm of the development of Hunan's cultural industry, Changsha's cultural industry has typical significance in its development mechanism and practice. The research on the development of cultural industry in Changsha is helpful to carry out the correct decision of the provincial party committee and provincial government on "developing cultural economy, building cultural province" and "developing cultural industry and building strong cultural province". So that the study of the problem has a strong practical significance. On the basis of the theory of cultural industry development, the author first analyzes the concept and type, function and characteristics, conditions and environment, and development model of cultural industry. Then, fuzzy comprehensive analysis (F-AHP) is used to evaluate the achievements of cultural industry, and then a comprehensive analysis of Changsha's cultural industry is given. Secondly, using SWOT analysis method, the author analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Changsha's cultural industry from the macro environment and the middle level, and points out the opportunities and challenges faced by Changsha's economic development, and analyzes the present situation of Changsha's cultural industry development. Then, taking South Korea, Japan and the United States as examples, this paper analyzes the experience of foreign cultural industry development and its enlightenment to Changsha's cultural industry development. Finally, the author focuses on the development planning and layout of cultural industry, the concept and environment of development, the process of public investment and market, the value of technological research and development and the value of industrial chain, the mode of development and the benefits of development. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Changsha's cultural industry are put forward in the aspects of cultural exchange and cooperation with foreign countries and the level of cultural industry. In this paper, the author follows the principle of purpose, integrity and optimization, and applies the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis and so on.
